My first contact with the company was with a very punctual , cheerful and competent salesperson Charles . He was very informative and explained the products very well . He was very approachable , replying to any subsequent queries I had . The electricians Jason and Keith were exceptional. They were extremely neat , leaving the grounds outside incredibly tidy after the digging that had to be done . The work inside the house was tasteful and tidy. . The appointments they made gave adequate notice and they were very punctual .

Professional company from first interaction with sales team, roof panel installers and electricians.
All in house trades for peace of mind. Arrived to site at scheduled times. Very quick and very little interruption to household during the install.

The whole experience was great from the roofers on day 1 to the electricians on day 2 Keith Jason and Stephen. I would highly recommend Solgrid to anyone needing solar panels.

Long Long wait for a quote
Took 6 days to get a quote following a site visit from a salesperson. Other companies quoted at the end of the equivalent visit.

Solar Panel Installation
The installers arrived as scheduled. They done a very neat and tidy installation of the panels on my roof and with the solar cables that needed to be ran from the roof to the inverter inside.
Absolutely delighted with the whole system and I would highly recommend Solgrid for their service and professionalism from the start to finish.

Solgrid were very good to deal with from our first inquiry to install.From dealing with Damien about what we needed and budget he was always available to take a call. Also when everything was agreed and it came to equipment been fitted the carpenters and electricians were very helpful ready to answer any questions I had.
Solgrid were great to deal with and have great staff doing the work on site as they were professional in how they went about their work I would highly recommend Solgrid.

Overall very professional friendly team. Agreed the data and install went very well. had one small communication error a week or so after install and guys fixed it the next day.
