It was easy to get someone on the obone to answer questions and place the order. We're happy with the product. Howver when ordering we emphasized we wanted the keadt expensive shipping. We were not in a hurry
They said it was $50 for shipping for a small lightweight package from Seattle, WA to Eugene, OR
When it arrived much sooner than expected it was apparent it was shipped by one of the most expensive ways. Fed-ex 2-day shipping.

Only purchased two diffuser but they arrived in good condition and worked as expected.

It’s been quite a journey planning everything out, learning about LED lighting, and sourcing all the parts. Solid Apollo was incredibly helpful every step of the way, and it was refreshing to actually speak with a real person when calling. A few items were backordered, but they handled it well and shipped everything as quickly as possible. I did receive a couple of cracked domes, but they replaced them without any hassle, including shipping. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better service, and the final results turned out amazing!
