From initially ordering, to using my completed shed, I couldn't be more satisfied. the customer service was excellent throughout the process, with prompt communication and support. the build itself was actually fun! the instructions in the manual were clear, and there are video supplements that they create and provide links to that really help things go smoothly. I love my shed!

The shed looks awesome. I do wish I had treated the tongue and groove joints and the exterior before I built it. Bermuda harsh environment and high humidity are taking a toll on it.

LOVELY COTTAGE LIKE SHE SHED. MOST OF IT IS EASY TO ASSEMBLE. WE DID PLACE DOORS ON BACKWARDS BUT THEY WORK AND NO ONE HAS NOTICED.

Unfortunately my purchase was more than one year ago, so I can't offer a normal review.. My experience was excellent. Igna and her support team were very responsive. Our shed is still a source of great pride!

We love our shed. We purchased and assembled it during the COVID pandemic and are still enjoying our backyard getaway. Highly recommend this product.

For the most part we have been happy with the usefulness of the shed, its size but as well, its unique appearance and design.
Our start with the purchase of this was very disappointing in that when we received it, the pallet was completely broken with many pieces scattered throughout the back of the delivery truck.
Having a construction background, I was at least able to put it back together.
The challenges we have faced with its aging have been primarily the warping of the wood. This led to mold where moisture was able to penetrate to the interior raw wood surfaces.
If I had to suggest improvements, I believe thicker panels would make for tighter connections between each of the boards. The other would be the wood itself with the possibility of using cedar for better weathering in our climate.
We purchased this product in June of 2019.

Customer service was exemplary they were very helpful in the phone.
Also the kit was a lot of fun to build and I am very proud of my new shed. I intend on buying another one.

My delightful shed arrived exactly as expected, was easy to assemble, and left lots of room for customization. It's spectacular! Well-made, excellent customer service, arrived on time. Everyone who stays in it falls in love with it. Cannot recommend enough!

Product was fine delivery was a nightmare. Delivery person told us 5 times he was almost there then never showed up. Cost me 4 days of work and a huge stressful experience.

I had several questions regarding the shed, including wanting advice on a foundation. The staff answered them quickly and completely.

Ordering was easy and shipping arrangements were made promptly. A glass pane arrived with a crack and i was able to call and get a replacement easily and quickly.

All of the parts needed to complete the build other than installing the roof and foundation were included. The wood parts were of great quality, with spare parts included. I really appreciated the quality of the doors and windows and their hardware. The finished product looks great and was a good value for the money spent. Support was responsive and the shipment delivery was professional and communicative.

My experience with SolidBuild was outstanding from beginning to end. The delivery guy was professional and incredibly patient in delivering the cottage to a difficult spot. He made the process fun!
We constructed the cottage using the instructions provided, occasionally referring to videos on the website. We insulated the floor and ceiling and added electrical wiring and plumbing for a sink.
The windows are double paned and beautifully made, as is all the hardware.
We now have the best little cottage I could have imagined. It far exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough about the quality of your product. You guys should be proud!

My California shed is wonderful! It was delivered on time and was relatively easy to build with the help of an experienced handyman. The one problem was that I was mistakenly emailed the instructions for the old model instead of the new one and this cost me a couple hours of frustration, time, and money (as I was paying the handyman to help me). Otherwise, this would have been a five star review

From order to delivery was faster than expected, unloading went smoothly, building the shed worked incredibly well due to the thorough instructions and excellent product, and the finished shed is absolutely fabulous in every way -- and we built it!
