At my age, sourcing things on the web is daunting, with so many pitfalls possible. Seeking a favourite edt no longer widely available, I took a punt on So Lippy and was agreeably surprised. The SoLippy site has so much choice 👌, but l was looking for 1 particular perfume, and l found it ☺️ It was much more affordable than where l had been getting it before. For the price I paid, including postage, l would have paid the same price just for the perfume 🤷♀️🤷♀️. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I was kept informed of where my order was, and also the time frame.

Superb service
Superb service - ordered on Friday, arrived on Saturday .. I was kept informed by email every step of the way. Genuine product for the best price that I could find anywhere. To be 100% truthful I thought it was a scam site as was cheaper than elsewhere I was completely wrong. Service and product were 5*.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. It has now been over a month since I placed my order, and I am still waiting with no clear update on delivery.
What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of accessible customer support. There is no way to speak to a person—only automated responses—which makes it impossible to resolve the issue or even get a meaningful update.
At this stage, I simply want a refund, yet I have been unable to arrange this. Failing to provide goods within a reasonable timeframe and not offering a refund when requested is not acceptable and raises concerns in relation to UK consumer rights and trading standards.
Overall, this has been a very poor experience, and I would not recommend based on the lack of communication, delays, and inability to resolve a straightforward issue.

Please do report them to Trading Standards as we are constantly getting their complaints and our number is 01372 727577 . I have reported Solippy.com to Trading Standards and continue to push this matter
We have no connection whatsoever with Solippy, Lindywel, or any IPL device retailer.
We also do not ship outside the UK and have not received any order from you.
It appears your review relates to a different company with a similar name.
Please contact the retailer you purchased from so they can assist you directly.
