Hello,
You already know everything. I've already contacted your team by e-mail, to no avail. I was a customer of yours a few weeks ago, making several hundred euros worth of deposits by credit card. No problem so far. Except that when I wanted to withdraw my winnings, your staff told me that only cryptocurrency withdrawals were accepted, except that I don't use cryptocurrency. All this was of course not specified in your terms and conditions, so it's a scam pure and simple, several hundred euros of winnings impossible to withdraw (I don't want to use cryptocurrency).
What's more, I had bought a paysafecard code to be able to deposit on your site, as it was indicated that you accept this method of deposit, but when it came time to pay I was told that paysafecard was not available in my country! I've used it hundreds of times on other sites.
In short, count on me to file very bad notices against you wherever possible, so that other players don't fall into the trap of this scam.
