Service so bad I actually thought it…
Service so bad I actually thought it was a scam website, pity because the girl who rang me eventually when I was emailing about my order was very nice,but it doesn't change anything they do not provide the service they advertise to provide, they let me order knowing the were out of stock and I payed almost ten euro for next day delivery and it didn't come untill days later ? I won't be ordering again from my experience.

For clarity, your order was delivered one day later than expected. It was not several days late. The order was dispatched one working day later as it was fulfilled from one of our stores so that everything you ordered could be sent together in one shipment.
This was explained during the phone call at the time, and the order was delivered in full the next day.
We understand that choosing next-day delivery sets a clear expectation, and while in this case the parcel arrived one day late, we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while ensuring customers receive their full order.

Easy online ordering. very fast delivery ,I recieved my scissors next day.It was pricey but if it lasts 15 years with proper care then it's not to bad.Over all very happy

No problem ordering but the delivery…
No problem ordering but the delivery didn't happen the DHLdriver threw the package over the fence into the farm field so I never got it the picture of proof of delivery was no where near my house so I have no idea where he threw it I did try looking for it but no luck and when I told DHL they said I should tell you they weren't taking the blame. I couldn't believe they employ such a lazy person and then transfer the problem to you Sorry I have never had a problem before with DHL this person must be new so I still don't have my order please can you tell me what is the next step Shirley Roberts
