The site is a scam, the algorithms are built to make your lose money. The coinflips and Crash is all rigged with bots to make you believe its legit. Highly reccomend you to stay away from solpump.

I had a very frustrating experience with Solpump. I was in a trade and tried to cash out at a 1.1x multiplier to secure my funds. Despite my attempt to withdraw, the system did not respond or process the transaction. The "crash" then happened at 1.15x, and because the system failed to execute my initial withdrawal command, I lost my entire investment of approximately 0.669 SOL.
It is unacceptable for a platform to have such execution delays or bugs that prevent users from withdrawing their money during a live trade. I feel cheated by this technical failure. Please investigate this issue and improve your system stability

I played the crash game on solpump.io / solpump.com twice and got scammed both times. The first time the site was lagging and my Sell did not register. I took the loss on the chin. Tried again later, same thing. Clicked Sell, nothing happened, and I lost everything again. Support was absolutely useless.

After digging deeper it seems these sites can intentionally delay or block sells to trap players. If you have connected a wallet, disconnect and revoke all approvals immediately. Whatever wallet you used, treat it as a burner and switch completely to a new one for your real activities.

There are far better legitimate companies for gambling out there. Do not trust this one. If they are willing to scam players like this imagine what they will do when the site starts going under. Stay away and warn others.

I deposited 0.22 SOL and played Solpump. When I tried to cash out at x10, the system gave me an error. The round then continued to x11 and stopped. After that, the transaction disappeared completely – no payout, no record in my wallet, and nothing in the transaction history.

I immediately contacted support. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept asking me to provide “proof of the round,” even though I had already given them my wallet address, timestamp (within a 5-minute window), and screenshots from my wallet. The missing data (round ID, server logs, transaction signature) can only be provided by their system, not by me.

Their responses were polite but evasive. They refused to take responsibility and told me that “no refund will be given unless you provide the information” – information that only they have access to. This is highly suspicious and looks like they cancel or hide payouts when the amount is too high.

⚠️ Be very careful with this platform. My $500 payout was never received, and support is refusing to cooperate. I will escalate this to the relevant authorities and share my full experience across crypto communities.
