This company sucks big time! Do they even know what customer service means? NO they Do NOT!! I've sent 5 emails so far and can't get a number to talk to anyone about my issue! All they do is send emails back and say can we resolve this....their idea of resolving this is a $7.00 compensation for something I paid $26.97 for! UNACCEPTABLE! I've now read some of the reviews....How are they still in business?

Purchased Advent calendar of miniature perfume bottles . Arrived after 6 weeks and NO perfume . Just pictures of bottles . Disgraceful.

Ho ordinato un calendario dell' avvento Legami che dalle immagini del sito era quello originale ma dopo più di due mesi di attese me ne è arrivato uno fasullo con dentro tutte cose cinesi! Mai più.

Pessima compagnia poco seria e non rimborsano prodotti acquistati e mai ricevuti.
Ho acquistato un prodotto il 15 Ottobre ed ad oggi non ho ricevuto ancora nulla...
Non acquistate da questo sito INEFFICIENTI

Ordered advent calendar was false advertising
Ordered advent calendar, 2 months delivery, basically not what was advertised, absolute trash, thought it was perfume sample bottles, got laminated pictures of perfume, they had fallen out of advent date pockets.
Like another reviewer I paid much more than the Offer (near €70)!!!!
Absolute rubbish.

The order I placed on October 19 never arrived. The company provided no updates, no tracking information, and no support. The delays are unacceptable, especially for an Advent calendar meant to be delivered before December. After weeks of silence and no product received, I had to request a cancellation and refund. Completely unreliable service.

Absolute rubbish. Apparently if you don’t take goodwill offer they then use the ignoring tactic

I ordered 2 different Lord of the Rings advent calendars.

After weeks of shipping, I received 2 BTS calendars.

I've tried everything with "customer support" but they insisted, that the warehouse claims they sent the correct items, which they CLEARLY didn't and offered me a 4$ refund for BOTH items, which I paid over 70$ for.

Don't order from this company! Complete mess and total frustration!!!

Appalling company! My item wasn't delivered. I asked repeatedly for the name of the company they say delivered it, they kept sending me the tracking but not the company name and kept telling me I had to chase it, yet still wouldn't give me the delivery company name to chase it.
Awful customer services, they don't care. Just another cheap online shop selling cheap rubbish! Better off going to B&M/Home Bargains or paying a bit more for Amazon!

Jag har beställt två schampo Den 27-05-2025 och har betalad den. Men fick aldrig schampo eller tillbaka pengarna. De ljuger lurar dig att betala men skickar aldrig något till dig. Sämsta företag de är riktiga ljuvare med ett lagligt sätt

The Nova hair dye shampoo is a fake with very dangerous unsafe chemicals in it. Within minutes my head started burning and itching then my whole face and neck started itching too and turned red.
I have never in my life had such a bad fast reaction to any other hair product.
I used the shampoo this morning and my head and face is still burning and itching tonight even though I have put natural aloe on my hair and head all day.

Absolutely terrible company. Terrible customer service. Illegally shipping products onto Canada and when they get stopped at the boarder they refuse to refund you, or say they will refund you minus shipping and cost of your product. Do not recommend. Ordered from one of their adds on Facebook in November and have been asking for a refund for the last 4 months and their only response was “your package is coming” finally a received a letter from the government March 20th stating my package was stopped because it’s illegal to ship to Canada lol will never order from them again.

I ordered the NEW ESSLVYSHOP BEAR for heavy chewers 12/24/2024- although I overpaid w/ s/h and tax I paid 31.14 i know ridiculous - however i was excited as my two pups chew everything - So I thought great .
So disappointed within 4 days Bear was torn up-

Well as of today Feb 27,2025 I have received every excuse -yes they offered $6.00 us - i did refuse i want the replacement or full refund
Im very disappointed and will never do business again with this company nor do i recommend them to anyone - yes it only 18.97 but it is the point if they are not going to acknowledge their adverstisement they should take it down just saying

I ordered roach bane and waited for a month asking them threw email when and where my product was as the tracker says it was a city over from me for them to tell me to be patient then another months passes by and still nothing now they email me with my package has been returned by the postal service and they no longer have access to it and now are requesting money for there time what a scam very upset

Orderd a wand dice that took 7 weeks to finnaly arrive with minimal updates. When i opended it it was a cheap metal rod wich cant spin or anything

This is a scam! My package for Roachbane was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks but, it ended up being 5 weeks. I thought it was local, but the package was came from another country. They gave me the runaround and kept on BSing me. DO NOT TRUST!

Ordered an advent calendar on 22nd of October. Received notification to say my parcel was going to be delivered in November and the parcel was only a few miles away from me. Didn’t arrive…told they had resent it….. still hasn’t arrived and all emails to customer service, asking for a refund as it didn’t turn up have resulted in them asking me to be patient and then refusing to give a refund 😡

This set is a real bargain. The hand painted door topper adds a visually appealing touch, while the hair identifier spray and dermaplaner kit are handy for personal grooming. Considering the quality of each item in this bunch, the price is more than reasonable. Thrilled to have found such great value for my money.

Inside, each item was neatly organized, suggesting careful attention to detail. Instructions were included, clear and concise. An overall great unboxing experience, speaks volumes about the quality of the products.
