Not what I was hoping for

I was invited to complete the solve and came across this website to make sure I would walk in "ready". Overall it made a good impression and it felt like it was helping me...

Well, that's when I had the actual solve setting ...

Suddenly it was a completely different experience and this service was completely different. The style, the questions, the way you would complete each game, just too much.

Dont get me wrong, its a good attempt to help prepare but I very much doubt that the developers of this site actually every sat the real solve (or at least not successfully).

I am happy to come back and adjust the review once I get invited again.

P.S. I find it very weird that you dont get "lifetime access" - almost as the developers want you to come back at some time to buy again (if you are so sure about your service, why not give lifetime access? - Think about it).

P.P.S. I wouldnt call this a scam per se - however, just recently I figured that their youtube videos and other marketing stuff is heavily inflated (extreme amount of views in short time compared to other sites that have been up for years - as said; I don't want to say it is a scam, no, it provides the services advertised just not the quality you'd hope for. Hope this review helps and the developers are not mad at me but take this as a input for improvement! :)

Only feedback was that 2 week timespan for ultimate prep was not enough

Thank you for the kind review and for taking the time to share your feedback!

I'm really glad to hear you found the preparation useful overall, and I appreciate your point about the two-week timeframe. We previously offered longer access, but found that a more focused preparation period helped candidates avoid feeling overwhelmed and spending more time preparing than necessary.

That said, we’ll certainly keep your feedback in mind as we continue to refine the programme.

Thanks again for your kind words, and we wish you the very best with your applications!

Best,
Alan

I thought the level of difficulty was…

I thought the level of difficulty was much much higher than what the practice exams are. Especially on redrock.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the Redrock assessment can feel more challenging on the day, and we appreciate you highlighting this.

Our practice materials are designed to closely reflect the real assessment. In addition to our performance guarantee refund, we’ve introduced a new refund policy for cases where a user’s Redrock assessment differs materially from our preparation materials.

If you believe you may be eligible for our performance guarantee once your score is released, please feel free to contact our support team and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.

Wishing you all the best with your next steps!

Overall good experience

I liked the clear explaniations of what to do in each game. But I did not like that it was sometimes not so clear if a popup text stopped the timer.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the game instructions clear and helpful.

I also reached out by email to better understand the timer issue you mentioned, but unfortunately didn't receive a response. As we're not currently aware of this behaviour, I'd be happy to investigate if you can provide any additional details about the game or situation you experienced.

Thanks again for your feedback – we're always looking to improve.
