Michelle Contois stayed in contact to assure me the bed was in transit. The delivery guys had never put a Sondercare bed together, but they did a terrific job and showed me how everything worked before leaving.

Ordering on line was easy. Very quick response from SonderCare about the order and about delivery. Local delivery service was excellent. All in all a very pleasant experience.

We needed a bed on very short notice. Excellent customer service - very responsive, with follow up right until delivery. Well-designed, quality product. Professional installation.

I'm delighted with the thoughtful design and construction. All the little things have been thought out, including delivery devices. I take care of my wife alone and the only thing I lack is how to pull her up alone. You probably know that in the hospital all the patients go downstairs all the time. And Two nurses understand them up on the litter. If you're alone, the task becomes more complicated. I attached two fabric belts to the handles of the bedding on the left and right and pull the bedding up with it. One simple problem. To pull up at the level of the hands, you need to raise the bed, and the bed rises together with the headrest. Therefore, I offer two simple solutions to this permanent problem. Make the headrest stationary like the back of the legs. Think of a lifting frame at the headboard that could pull the patient up on a special litter. The bedding is usually placed under the bedridden patient. In general, they made a great and beautiful bed and I hope you will figure out how to do it without me! I would be grateful if you could help me make a device to fix the headrest and separate the mount from the lifting part of the bed :)

Order submitted, then cancelled 5 days later due to “inventory issues”. For time-sensitive situations, this is a problem.

The website was very user friendly and all information regarding the beds was easy to find. All accessories for the beds (if needed) were available on the website and listed with the bed we chose so I didn't have to wander around the website to find the accessories needed for this particular bed. I absolutely appreciate the ease of ordering from the website. Thank you for all you do!!!

The experience was great except for 2 things:
the number (833-649-7772) kept saying the circuits were busy???
and then the software on your order website would not allow me to change the billing address different from the shipping address.

Received the bed on time, installation was great and my husband loooves the bed. I was afraid he would not like it because it could have been too much of a hospital bed….but it is not. It’s beautiful, extra wide and comfortable.

Roberto the delivery man communicated with me and delivered the bed and set it all up in the time frame i needed. Michelle helped me with a couple of questions i had afterwards, so good customer service too. and it's a great hospital bed.
