Nice book case but arrived covered in hair clippings all stuck to the shelves .
UPDATE
since leaving this review the manufacturer contacted me and offered to replace the affected parts. I declined saying that I had already put together the bookcase and cleaned it. They were very confused and apologetic about how this had happened and sent me some money back so overall happy with how this was handled.

Absolutely delighted with our balcony…
Absolutely delighted with our balcony side awning from Songmics. Very speedy delivery with everything well packaged. And now fitted without any issues. It looks absolutely great. Great price too, there are very slightly cheaper suppliers but we chose Songmics for their slightly heavier material. I think we made a good choice.

Comfortable, delivered quickly, easy assembly.
Came within a week. The delivery company was not keeping up with the delivery status, but that's not Songmics fault and it didn't delay the delivery anyway.
The chair is very comfortable, easy to assemble (did by myself).
Oh and the customer service was great as well!

We have now bought 3 pieces of furniture, they are extremely well designed Possibly the best flat pack furniture I have had, they go together well, would not hesitate buying more from them.
