Something is not right with you guys…

Something is not right with you guys where is the contact information .
I have flight to catch in two days and I am waiting for my order .
I called dhl and they said they didn’t receive the order and I paid shipping charges and ordered something from that far thinking you guys are reliable
I want to understand why you guys donot have contact number to coordinate and understand where is the delay
O want to know where is my package and how I will get it and the response immediately

No customer service representative answering email you are making labels and taking my money and not even shipping anything at all super disappointed in you guys you make the social media look amazing but you need the invest in your customers service it’s very bad.

To clarify, creating a shipping label does not mean an order has been shipped. A label is generated as part of the order processing workflow before the package is handed to the carrier. As stated on our website, orders are subject to a processing time of 4–7 business days before shipment.

Your order was shipped within the stated processing timeframe. We understand that waiting for tracking updates can be frustrating, especially when you're eager to receive your order, but at no point was your order left unshipped after the promised processing period.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service - non-existent.

I received the wrong order and have reached out several times to any contact available on their website, even responding to a survey to complete, but have not received a single response back.

So unprofessional. Will not order again from them and will surely not recommend them.

No package/No customer service

I placed an order on August 13, 2025. According to the USPS tracking number, the company printed an incomplete address on the label, which resulted in the package being returned to their office. After I received notification from USPS explaining why my package was not delivered, I began emailing, messaging on Facebook and Messenger, and contacting them through their website daily, but NOBODY responded. I tracked my package, and when it arrived back at their office, I reached out multiple times with NO response. There is no customer service number available, and the provided email address goes unanswered. Comments and messages left on the company's website were also ignored. I was seeking guidance and assistance to pay an additional fee to resolve the issue and receive my package, yet there is NO customer service, nor any work ethic or professionalism.

Did a big order of 6 items to New…

Did a big order of 6 items to New Zealand, I really wanted the cleardea Mucin Collagen EGF Fitting Mask from her IG page. My package arrived with only 1 product I ordered and random products I think they were trying to “make up” for the other 5 items but I didn’t receive what I wanted. They should put they are out of stock etc I didn’t receive a moisturiser in my original order I received 2 toners I didn’t order or want. My order was $315 I’m so sad as I saved up a long time for this.

This website doesn’t give me the option to respond to your message below.

I received a separate email from you asking for the order number, photos everything you have asked for, I have already provided it. Please don’t say this order was never made, it sure was!

Thank you for your review — and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this caused.
I want to clarify one important point: this order was absolutely made, and we never stated otherwise. We also did not ignore your request.
According to our Shopify refund records, we processed a refund for all missing items, and we also refunded your shipping cost back in May 2025.
This includes multiple refund transactions and a confirmed shipping refund, which were completed at that time.
The only item that was not refunded is the one product that was successfully delivered and received.
If you’d like, please email us again at hello@songofskin.com with your order number and we can resend the refund confirmation details for your records.
We truly understand how disappointing it is to place a large international order and not receive everything as expected — and we did our best to resolve it fairly by refunding the missing items and shipping.

random cancellation

placed a large order and paid express shipping as i needed things before my trip. i understood there was a 3~7 processing time frame so was slightly anticipating that my order wouldn't come on time. a week later i receive an email saying my order was completely cancelled per my request? never put in this request at all. really really disappointed as i follow this brand on tiktok and have been looking forward to the items i ordered. won't be ordering from them again.

crappy ass customer support, tracking stopped updating and all I got was a "once we ship out orders it is your responsibility to track them" + unprofessionalism the bottom of the response emails said "Sent from my iPhone."

For order SOS43793, the carrier tracking shows the package is marked as Delivered. This means the shipment was successfully handed off and completed by the carrier.
If you did not receive it, we recommend:
checking with household members, neighbors, or building management/mailroom
checking around the delivery area (front door, side door, parcel lockers, etc.)
contacting your local carrier office to request the GPS delivery scan and delivery confirmation details

Too expensive

I like the selection the shop has and I was thrilled they shipped to Canada. However, I just feel scammed because I had to pay $35 shipping fee during my purchase and then UPS was asking me to pay another $40 for the delivery. I just ordered 2 items but I've paid a total of $150+... It's probably a good shop to order if you're from the US since they ship from NY, but definitely too expensive outside of it.

For Canadian (and other international) orders, the shipping fee paid at checkout covers only the shipping cost from our New York warehouse. Customs duties, import taxes, and UPS brokerage fees are charged separately by the carrier/government upon delivery, and unfortunately these fees are outside of our control and are not collected by Song of Skin.

I was skeptical at first but I trusted this company. Song of skin had my items delivered from NY, which made my items come relatively quick. There was a lot free samples and products they offer off a tier base depending on how much a consumer spends.
