Ik wil geen andere boxer meer dragen!
Ik ben erg blij met mijn aankoop. De levering was verrassend snel en de boxers zijn echt superzacht.
Ik heb veel andere boxers getest, maar deze zitten veruit het lekkerst. Sterker nog: ik merk dat ik stiekem geïrriteerd raak als mijn Son of John boxers in de was zitten, omdat ik dan weer mijn andere boxers moet dragen.
Dus ja… ik was ze vaak, dat kunnen ze gelukkig ook goed aan!

Wat jammer om te horen dat je de boxershorts niet comfortabel vindt, dat vinden we echt heel vervelend om te horen.
We zouden het ook enorm waarderen als je iets meer zou kunnen toelichten wat er precies niet comfortabel aan is. Feedback zoals die van jou helpt ons echt om het product verder te verbeteren.
Wat betreft de productie: we werken met een gespecialiseerde fabrikant in Azië die zich volledig richt op het maken van hoogwaardig 2/100 shirt-grade katoen. We hebben eerder ook in Turkije geproduceerd, maar zijn bewust overgestapt omdat de kwaliteit van de stof en afwerking daar simpelweg beter en consistenter is. Dat is ook de reden dat we onze kwaliteit met 2 jaar garantie kunnen ondersteunen.
We begrijpen dat dit misschien niet je verwachting was, en dat vinden we oprecht jammer.
Als je wilt, kun je ons even mailen via support@sonofjohnlabel.com. Dan kijken we graag met je mee naar een passende oplossing, bijvoorbeeld qua retourneren of een andere manier om dit netjes op te lossen.

Lack of transparency
Probably good, but still no news/possibility of tracking my order more than 10 days after the payment.
Maybe this store could be more transparent about the fact that its warehouses and production lines are located in Asia (I think the ambiguity is being deliberately maintained so we believe that it’s made from a traditional Dutch family company or whatever.)
I’m quite pissed off because I would never have bought a 24€ boxers if I knew about the production/shipping origin !
« Premium craftsmanship at a fair price », their motto, could be just a few words shorter.

First of all, we’re really sorry for this experience, we completely understand how frustrating this must feel.
We weren’t able to find an order under the name “Bloupi”, which likely means something went wrong or the order is under a different name or email. Normally, you should have received a tracking code shortly after your order was processed so you can get updates on the order.
Could you please send us an email at support@sonofjohnlabel.com with your order details? We’ll check the status immediately and make sure you get a clear update right away. We can hopefully find a solution together.
Just to clarify on shipping: for orders outside of the Netherlands, delivery, in some cases, can take up to 14 days, depending on local carriers. This is also stated in our shipping policy on our website (https://sonofjohnlabel.com/policies/shipping-policy), but we understand that waiting without updates is frustrating and we’ll make sure to clarify this better.
Regarding transparency and production:
We want to be very clear that we do not intend to hide anything. We are a Dutch company based in Amsterdam, founded in 2024 by three friends and this is exactly how we present ourselves.
Each pair of boxers clearly states where it is produced. We also fully stand behind our quality with a warranty on all of our boxershorts. Our fabric is 2/100 shirt-grade cotton, and we work with manufacturers who are experts in producing this specific type of fabric.
We actually used to produce in Turkey, but we made the switch because the fabric quality and consistency we can achieve in Asia is simply better, which is what allows us to confidently offer our quality guarantee and replace every boxershorts that does not fulfil our quality standards.
Again, we’re sorry this gave you a different impression. Transparency and trust are extremely important to us, and feedback like yours helps us improve. We hope we can come to a solution together quickly. However, this is only possible if you could send us an email with your order number so we can get to the bottom of the stated problem!

Ik was nooit zo van de losse boxers maar ik waagde het er toch op en het is echt ongelofelijk. Je voelt niet dat je ze aanhebt.

I recently ordered 5 pairs of underwear…
I recently ordered 5 pairs of underwear from Son of John and I have to say I’m really impressed. The fabric feels incredibly soft and comfortable. You can immediately notice that it’s made from high quality material that feels great to wear throughout the entire day. Even after a long day they stay comfortable and keep their shape well.
One thing I really appreciate is that there are no labels on the inside of the underwear. It might sound like a small detail, but it actually makes a big difference. No itching or annoying tags, everything just feels clean and nicely finished.
The fit is also excellent. The underwear fits snug without being too tight and stays in place very well. You can tell that real thought has gone into the design and comfort.
Overall I’m very happy with these underwear. The combination of the soft fabric, the comfort, and the fact that there are no inside labels makes them perfect for me.
From now on this is where I will be ordering my underwear.
