Generell finde ich die Produkte gut und meine Haut verträgt sie. Auch finde ich die unterschiedlichen Bundles super - wenn man weiß, was man will freut man sich da über den Vorteilspreis. Jedoch gibt es auch einige negative Aspekte und die möchte ich gern auflisten:
1. die ultralange Versanddauer. Wer erst bestellt, wenn das Produkt alle ist, hat Pech. Auf eine Lieferung nach Deutschland wartet man an die drei Wochen. Und sie kostet auch noch 20€.
2. Die Produktverpackung des Serums: man bekommt nie alles raus. Es verbleibt immer ein letzter Rest in der Flasche. Ist nicht rauszubekommen. Und es läuft auch ständig beim Zudrehen der Flasche Produktflüssigkeit am Verschluss aus. Die Pipette ist wirklich sehr, sehr schlecht! Alles in allem kann man bestimmt nur 80% Inhalt der Flasche verwenden, der Rest geht verloren oder bleibt am Flaschenboden zurück.

I wanted to love this face cream. Its expensive and right now I am watching what I purchase. However, I am 63 and breaking out in pimples. I guess I can use it on my neck but my face forget it.

I really wanted to like this product. I bought the Sonsie serum, moisturizer and face cleanser. The first two are okay, but I had to toss the cleanser. I tried using it intermittently, but the smell was way too overpowering. To me, it was like roses and ammonia. It’s funny because they specifically state that it doesn’t have an overpowering scent on their website Q&A. After fully washing it off, the smell still lingered. It also made the tip of my nose break out. Sorry, Pam :)

good products and REALLY bad customer service. Their cream and serums leak all the time its a problem to get customer service to help with anything and all they offer is 15% off. One time the mask cream smelled really strong "lab" kind of smell. no customer service help with that at all, they just ignored my question

I had multiple windows open and placed an order by mistake. As soon as I realized it I asked that the order be canceled, but by the time someone got back to me it had already been shipped. "No problem," they sad, "you can return it."

Except you have to pay for return shipping AND they keep the original shipping, so now I'm paying $15 to return something I didn't want and would have canceled if they offered a faster method of order management.

This skincare is not for sensitive skin. It burned and I broke out. Return is only possible if unused and unopened. How can you know if you don’t try it? Anyway, don’t waste your money.

The first order: the adapt cream spilled all over the box. The second order: haven't received it- mix-up at royal mail showing delivered, while providing picture of another delivery from different provider, however no discussion with Sonsie representative. My order from them most likely was sent back to them, however till today I did not receive my money back , neither explanation. They nicely ignored my email-explaining the situation, only reply to my demand on canselling the subscription. They customer handling is of poor quality. Regardless of the products working beautifly for me I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

After receiving the introductory kit which included the Gentle Foam Cleanser, the Super Serum and the Multi Moisture Cream I began using all three products. After five days of use my skin had become red, irritated, burning and itching. I discontinued use right away. I was very surprised as these products are supposed to be beneficial for sensitive skin and only using natural ingredients. They do not have a return policy for used products, only unused and sealed products can be returned. I am not happy with this company.

I ordered foam wash, serum, adapt cream and moisturizer. Around $200 I do not have sensitive skin, just happy to try healthier products. The adapt cream arrived used. (makeup on box, no seal, portion missing) Customer service was patronizing but after sending pics was sent a replacement. After using products almost 2 weeks my skin became splotchy itchy and I had to stop all 4 products unfortunately. After a few days of no use cleared up. Tried one more night and woke up with face burning and splotchy. I hated to contact Sonsie customer service again but said I wanted to return all products for a full refund bc I was unable to use. Patronized again. Then got an email they would send me $35. Just disappointed Sonsie did not work out for me. Customer Service terrible.

This opinion concerns international shipping and shipping in general of Sonsie products. It took 7 days for my order to leave the warehouse (7 days to proceed the order on the Basic level, can you Imagine?) of Sonsie in US, now it has been 11 days from purchasing and still it has not left US. Sonsie is not ready for Internetional shipping at all. I was happy to use Pamela’s products but now it’s frustration on highest level. Never order again. Don’t order to Europe, when you dont expect 2 weeks or more for receiving your purchase.

I decided to try Sonsie because my skin had started to get a bit dry (I’ll be 43 in November) and also because I love Pamela Anderson (may aswell be honest lol) and all I can say is “WOW!” I am literally glowing! 🤩 My skin has never looked so good and I can hardly see any fine lines that had started to appear round my eyes. I have even stopped wearing foundation! I will definitely be re-ordering! Thank you Sonsie from a very happy customer over here on the UK 🇬🇧 (I use all 3 products)

Really didn’t like the serum. My face was dry and It was itchy, which is a shame because I like the fact that it is made from natural products and has not been tested on animals. The serum was really disappointing for me. It's also a shame that my review from more than a month ago is not being posted. Hopefully these will not be filtered and only the positive ones will be posted...
