Do not use this company. My wife returned a ring (it was the wrong ring). Tanya insisted the ring be returned to Norway, even though it was sent from Germany. This involved a lot of time and effort on our part to return the ring to outside the EU. We paid the return postage cost after Tanya promised to cover this charge. We have never received the payment for this and Tanya refuses to correspond about it.

As everyone else is saying this site is a scam! My return was a nightmare and still haven’t received anything! Do not touch them!!! Crooks!!!!!

My Daughter ordered a jacket for £50 which was too small. When she asked for details to return it they offered her a 15% refund but could keep it. She declined as she couldn’t wear it. They sent the return address in China and said it had to be returned as registered post at our cost. Have returned it which cost £25.40!!! You would expect a company called Sophia Rose London to be at least near London.

You can not return items back
Trading standards should be involved

If I could give 0 stars I would, dreadful company they call themselves Sophie Rose London, they are a Chinese company which would be ok if they delivered, 4 weeks later still no delivery, do not waste your money. I so wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company, complete waste of time & money

This company is not worthy of even a 1 star disgraceful to deal with and let's you think it's a london based distribution company but when asking for a refund due to the cheap awful quality, following their refund process suddenly their process changed. I had a tracking number returned to the return address on the parcel, had proof it was received 2 days later and questioned why no refund but told its China it has to be returned. Obviously no longer got the product to return. This company should not be allowed to SCAM or trade under "UK based" ... DO NOT BUY From THEM. I am left out of pocket just glad it was not a big order .

Shocking company, do not buy, they are a joke! Ordered a matching outfit, trousers and top, the quality was shocking, paid full price. When received and I seen how poor quality they were I requested a returns form, they then advised I couldn’t get a refund during a sale period, I advised I paid full price, they then offered a 20% refund, which I rejected. They then ignored my emails. So stuck with a horrible set that is only fit for the bucket. Total scam site! Do not use them

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had researched the company more and read these reviews before I bought. The clothing comes from China, although the online shop implies it is based in London. I ordered a jacket which took two and a half weeks to arrive, and when it did the quality was horrendously cheap and looks nothing like the photo on the website. As many other reviewers have said, when you go to ask for a refund you are told at first, they will not refund on sale items (but all items are supposedly in the sale!) and I was then offered a 20% refund, then a 30% refund and eventually a 50% refund. I insisted on the full refund and only then was I given the address to return the item to- in China!! Obviously, it’s not worth sending it back as they have asked for it to be tracked, so the cost of that will be equivalent to the cost of the jacket! .
I would never ever buy from a company like this again, and urge anyone considering it to go elsewhere. It is a total waste of time and money.

I would like to give 0 stars but the system will not allow me to do so.
I have asked for a refund for a pair of shoes I ordered and I am being completely ignored and have been blocked from social media, to stop me from warnings others.
The shoes are NOTHING like advertised.
Badly made.
Falling apart, even though they are 'new'.
Arrived poorly packaged covered in sticky tape.
They are not worth pence let along the £25 advertised.
The company is now showing as 'closing down' on line'
