I've been a customer of Soraxus since the start with a server in Vancouver. I've never experienced any major issues, and any minor problems were resolved quickly! The price is great for the service and I couldn't be happier :D

Trusted colocation partner that is reliable, transparent, and easy to work with
I’ve been a customer of Soraxus Networks for quite some time now, and my experience has been excellent. I was originally with their previous company and chose to stay with them through the migration, which I think says a lot about the quality of their service.
I currently collocate equipment with them and also utilize their IP transit services. Pricing has been very fair and transparent—no hidden fees or surprises, which is something I really value.
Their support team has been top-notch, especially when it comes to response times and handling outages. Whenever I’ve had an issue, they’ve been responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. I also appreciate how upfront and communicative they are during outages, which builds a lot of trust.
Overall, I would highly recommend Soraxus Networks to anyone looking for reliable colocation and network services.

We have been using Soraxus Networks for about 3 years, and our experience has been excellent. Their team is always responsive and helpful, and the service has been reliable throughout. Incredible Service
The team has been fantastic to work with. They helped us migrate from our previous vendor. They provided us with an excellent white-glove treatment, as we had to perform multiple network configurations and routes.
They have been an excellent organization to partner with.
