Sorensen Safety is an independent Irish safety training provider delivering practical, engaging, and confidence-building training across Ireland. We specialise in First Aid Responder (FAR), Cardiac First Response (CFR), AED training, Fire Safety Awareness, Fire Warden and Fire Marshal training, Manual Handling, and workplace safety education. Founded by Christian Stemmet, Sorensen Safety is built on the belief that safety training should prepare people for real-life emergencies, not just help them pass an assessment. Our courses focus on practical skills, confidence, and the ability to respond effectively when it matters most. We work with businesses, schools, sports clubs, community organisations, childcare providers, healthcare settings, and members of the public. Training can be delivered on-site or at suitable venues throughout Ireland. Our mission is simple: to help create more people who are prepared to act in the first critical minutes of an emergency. Through professional instruction, hands-on learning, and real-world experience, Sorensen Safety helps individuals and organisations improve safety, reduce risk, and build confidence in emergency situations.

Cardiac Arrest Course

I recently completed my Cardiac Arrest First Aid course with Christian Stemmet from Sorensen Safety, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Christian is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the training engaging and easy to understand. He explained everything clearly, encouraged questions, and created a comfortable learning environment that built my confidence in responding to an emergency.
The course was practical, well-organized, and packed with valuable information that I know could make a real difference in a life-threatening situation. My kids learnt so much from their days…

My kids learnt so much from their days training and were happy and confident to repeat and teach me afterwards. Always a good sign when kids want to share and are excited about their new found knowledge.

Thank you Christian!

My 11 years old son was part of the homeschool group that recently completed the First Aid Responder course and it was fantastic. The instructor was engaging and made what could be a very overwhelming topic incredibly easy to understand. My son really appreciated the amount of hands-on, practical training they received. He definitely feels so much more confident in his ability to handle an emergency situation for example at home.

First aid and manual handling

We have used Sorensen Safety to deliver us first aid and manual handling courses. Very engaging, delivered excellent, all our staff thoroughly enjoyed the courses and found them very beneficial! I would wholeheartedly recommend them

Brilliant experience

I did the Cardiac First Responder course with Christian and it was an eye opening experience that will help me to remain calm when a big moment like cardiac arrest happens. i am more confident and steady dealing with an medical emergency.
