Complete scam. Save your time and money — stay away from this clinic. I spent €400 on travel and hotel arrangements for nothing, as they broke every single promise they made.
I went there to get a bite guard made. They said they could only do it after placing 28 crowns and retreating all the root canals. Then they insisted that crowns were the best option because they just wanted to make as much money as possible. They are scammers.

We strongly disagree with this review, as it contains serious and misleading allegations that do not accurately reflect what happened.
The patient contacted us for a consultation. We arranged the appointment, carried out the consultation and provided a treatment plan based on our doctors’ professional assessment. The patient did not agree with the proposed treatment plan and decided not to proceed with treatment at our clinic.
It is also important to clarify that the patient was visiting other clinics as well, a circumstance that we have documented and previously provided to trustpilot as part of our report.
The patient never underwent any dental treatment at our clinic. Therefore, describing our clinic as a “complete scam” and claiming that we broke every promise is an extremely serious accusation that is not supported by the actual course of events.
We consider it inappropriate to make such allegations against a clinic simply because a patient did not agree with a medical treatment proposal or chose another provider. We have already reported this review to Trustpilot and provided the relevant documentation, requesting that it be assessed in accordance with its review policies.
We respect every patient’s right to express dissatisfaction and share their genuine experience. However, that right should not be used to make unsubstantiated accusations that can unfairly damage a clinic’s reputation.
We remain available to clarify the facts through the appropriate channels.

Ho avuto un’esperienza davvero positiva al Centro Dentale Sorriso Sicuro. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e professionalità. Tutto si è svolto in perfetto orario, senza attese inutili, e la clinica si presenta estremamente pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio.
Il personale è qualificato, disponibile e attento un vero grande staff che sa mettere a proprio agio i pazienti. Il lavoro dentale svolto per mia figlia è stato eccellente le hanno letteralmente regalato un nuovo sorriso sicuro, e non potremmo essere più felici.
Consiglio vivamente questa clinica a chiunque cerchi competenza, serietà e un ambiente accogliente. Grazie di cuore!

Extremely Disappointed –disrespectful
I chose this clinic based on the positive reviews and trusted them enough to book a flight all the way from London to Tirana. I expected everything—transfer, hotel, and treatment—to be professionally organized, as promised.
However, the moment I arrived, everything started to go wrong. A taxi driver picked me up from the airport but dropped me off at a completely different hotel—Light Hotel—instead of the Mercur Hotel, which they originally showed me on their website and confirmed in our communication.
When I contacted the clinic, they apologized and said, "Maybe we can send you to Mercur later," as if it was no big deal. I was already uncomfortable and didn’t want to accept this change, but I didn’t know the area, I hadn’t booked anything myself, and I felt stranded in a foreign country.
Eventually, I reluctantly went to Light Hotel—only to find out they didn’t even have a reservation for me. My name wasn’t on any list. I was stuck, stressed, and completely disappointed.
This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I’ve never felt so misled and stressed while traveling. Be very cautious—this feels like a scam. What they advertise and what they deliver are two completely different things.

We are not a hotel service. We are a dental clinic. As clearly stated on our website (www.sorrisosicuro.al) and in the written quote provided before arrival, we offer free hotel accommodation only for treatment plans above €5,000. As a courtesy, we help organize accommodation for other cases, but hotel management is not our responsibility.
In this case, we originally proposed Mercure Hotel as our first partner. If that hotel is fully booked – which sometimes happens – we provide a hotel of equal level, as clearly explained in our documentation.
We fully covered the costs of both the taxi transfer and the hotel reservation, even though this patient never confirmed their final treatment plan or even responded to our last communications. Instead of an apology for the lack of communication, we now receive a damaging and misleading review unrelated to our core services.
It is unfortunate that someone would call our clinic a “scam” when no treatment was ever provided, and all organizational expenses were paid entirely by us. We invite all future patients to verify these details directly with our staff and to review our hundreds of authentic testimonials from satisfied patients who have actually completed their treatments.
