SOS GEEK Avis 

Initially I was skeptical and disappointed about the increase in price of this remote tech support, but, I've noticed many advancements and services.
I've only had this service for a couple of months and I'm hoping I'll continue being satisfied.

Very quick service that has solved the locking up issue

I recently downloaded some software and within the software was a pop-up that shouldn’t be there. It was nefarious at best. Call trust pilot got SOS geek out and they fixed it within one hour or so. We’ve tested the computer now and the problem is repaired. I am pleased with this repair and will be calling them if needed in the future.

Excellent Interaction with Brian

Awesome service!!

Brain, Andrew, Jack & Kenny were so helpful. I spent hours trying to get our computer to connect with our printer via blue tooth and the gang found out we had Malware on our computer. It took hours to clean it up and then they quickly connected our printer.
They were all so kind and patient with me as well. Thanks for all the hard work.

All the techs know their stuff. I have a very old computer and they performed miracles. They are continuing to assist me. Highly recommend.

Very poor customer service. We had our appointment rescheduled three times with a no show each time.
We received a voicemail the day of the third appointment that there would be an additional charge of $700 because we live in a “mountain area”.
We were also told none of the technicians could come because we were too far away.

Do not waste your time trying to do business with these people.
