Jack, Kenny, and Kevin fixed my problem (which I think would have just gotten worse.)

CORRECTING CONSOLIDSATED MESS
Consolidated replaced my motum but the tech keps saying this was not his area of expertise and he was right. Kevin spent several hours just to get my printer working. i still have 2 more issues we did not get to, we ran out of time. will try again tomorrow. i am confident he will be successful.

My computer screen was completely black and would not show my desktop. Kevin was my technician and he worked on my laptop doing all the necessary updates.
