They are a scam
They are a scam. Bought the order 6 weeks ago . Sent me a fake tracking reference. When queries they sent me a sob story about moving house and I will receive my order.

APPALLING DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
As the only Bujairami distributor in the UK, we have no choice but to buy from Scent of the Dunes. Of the three orders I have placed with them over the last couple of months, one was delayed by two weeks and one is yet to be fulfilled despite being ordered two weeks ago. They provide the Royal Mail with a tracking number but delay sending the items to the RM. This is a very deliberate misleading process by SOTD. They compound the problems by not responding to emails sent to them. Bujairami have made a very poor business decision appointing SOTD as the UK distributor. Not sufficient due diligence taken in vetting SOTD and the end result is the Bujairami brand in the UK being tarnished.

False delivery estimates still have not received
Ordered on 8th was told I will have it by 12th. They still have not sent anything.... customer service human is not there just some AI that doesn't understand.

Terrible customer service
I had to wait almost two weeks for a perfume to arrive, even though the estimated delivery time was only five days and the customer service is horrible.

Takes to long to get your order …
Takes to long to get your order says you have them then you have not got them so email again and end up getting a substitute because one of the fragrance you wanted is out of stock so a even longer wait not even a discount code to say we are sorry
