The order did take a bit longer then expected but Sotiya has great customer service. Day by day communication. Let me know where my order was And even if there wasn't an exact date, there was at least a time frame where I could be expecting my package. When my package finally did arrive, the wrapping itself was breathtaking. You could see that someone put time in making sure that when you opened it you couldn't help but see how beautiful it was. Put together the pieces that we chose. The colors are so bright and they just take to the Sun and the light so well that you can't help but understand why it is that it takes a little bit longer for your order to get to you. But when you do get it, you see why it takes the amount that it does. Because it is absolutely beautiful. There's no other way to describe when you open the box it makes you want to order another piece right away. I love their customer service

Yes.....the item arrived 4/14/26......48 days after my order was placed. Their response is BS. I never received a single response from them. PP did not post any response from them either, during the week my case was open. The company that was supposed to track the order was not one I hunted up.....but was listed on their order sheet. I wish I could say that the ring was worth waiting for.....but I can't.

You made it really easy to make my order, I was glad for the updates.

Very pleased with my decision to place my order for the angry cat who by the way looks like my kitty Oreo who is a gorgeous Persian black and white. I wasn't happy with a previous ring set purchase from them. Customer Service worked with me and was willing to compromise so that I got a ring set that fit and that I really love. The only downside was the shipping time. I'm not sure where the rings ship from but the wait time can be quite lengthy. This might be a result of the current political climate and the tariffs. But I can say that I'm happy and would buy from them again. And my customer service representative Mia is a big part of my satisfaction with Sotiya. Great job Mia!

I was told it would be 8-18 days to ship. Then I was told 3 more weeks. That time has come and gone and they quit responding to my emails regarding my order. I believe this website is nothing more than one big scam. Do not order from them. They'll just steal your money.

I ordered a ring and two weeks later had not heard that it had shipped. So I tried to get a hold of them. There is no number to call. They would not answer my emails and I didn’t get the ring. It was frustrating and disappointing.

Run fast and don’t look back. I ordered a ring over a month ago. It took me several emails for them to respond and I got some story about them being on vacation in Hong Kong. They promised me a refund a week ago when they got back to work and I still haven’t seen it

Hello I loved my experience with this company they always responded to my emails and when the ring was shipped I got a tracking number right away the tracking was phenomenal always I knew where my ring was and when I needed another tracking number they responded right away and I knew where my ring was all the time they r awesome I love my ring it was exactly how it was pictured im so happy

ALOHA! i ordered the Sotiya Lucky Star Pentagram Dial Quartz Movement Watch in white. first, this watch was extremely difficult to find. i tried to order from another company but didn’t read the shipping policy as i live in hawaii and a lot of companies only ship to the continental US. i was lucky enough to find the watch on sotiya and was happy to read that their shipping policy would be able to deliver the watch to the hawaiian islands. just to be sure before my purchase, i sent a message to confirm it would be sent to maui. they answered so quick and were so kind. although it did take a lil bit to get here, they kept in contact with me when i couldn’t access my shipment tracking. BUT IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT!!! the watch is gorgeous! they even threw in a polishing cloth and put in in a beautiful wooden jewelry box as a free gift!!! i am going to place an order for a ring AND I AM GETTING THE WATCH IN GREEN AS WELL…might go for the red and black one too! Sotiya’s Customer Service is extremely helpful, professional & courteous! Being concerned about the delivery time for my second order, they explained their peak season processing, which also included 3 postal delays for holidays here in our USA, which naturally slows delivery time (Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year’s Day). Their staff researched my order & I received it within two weeks of my inquiry. I’m Very pleased with how they handled everything.
Sotiya’s products are unique & so Beautiful! I have received numerous compliments on the engagement ring and wedding band I ordered. These designs are more creative than any of the jewelry stores in our area. Their prices are more than reasonable, also! The quality of each ring is superior! The color choices were perfect, as rosy golden is a delightful delicate pink. Absolutely stunning!

I just today 1/13/2026 received a ring that is a magnificent masterpiece, I could not be more impressed and happier.

The website is set up beautifully and it gives the buyer many options, color, shape, and sets to choose from. I ordered 3 rings and they are just as the web-site shows. 2 of the rings are birthday gifts and one was for me. The craftsmanship is amazing making each piece a stunning work of art. I couldn’t be more pleased. I will be ordering more pieces in the future!

I placed an order for a necklace as a Christmas present originally was sent the wrong order after waiting a few weeks and paying for the express pay at first was not happy with the service. They quickly turned around and sent me the right order once I receive the necklace was satisfied with the product. The size is a little smaller than what I expected, but they did work well to accommodate their mistake.

Sotiya's jewelry is absolutely gorgeous. I gave a pair of their "chocolate" earrings to my daughter for her birthday. Everyone there yelled, WOW & remarked how stunning they were!
They are made of high quality materials and the lab grown stone is brilliant! The actual earrings are just as pretty as their ad.
The order took about 6 weeks to arrive. Sotiya's customer service is very responsive, and always got back to me.
Please be aware that since they are in Hong Kong, they will respond in the wee hours, and maybe a day later, but they will!
