healthy food, low calorie but still filling. website was a bit difficult to navigate

Website was difficult to navigate, for example there were issues to order a subscription, and I had to put it as a one time order. Food arrived, but one container had leaked, do this was refunded. Food itself was tasty, but portion size was small for the cost, more of a lunch than a dinner. Not bad, just not for me.

Great taste, price and service. An all round tasty winner

Food was great. Packaging was excessive. Lots of plastic and cardboard for 3 small dishes. Hard to justify ordering that every week given environmental concerns

Very easy to heat from frozen or chilled.

Healthy ingredients and no chemicals added. Lots of variety of ingredients.

I love Soulful one-pots, they are very tasty (unlike other similar brands which are bland), and they are very filling despite being low calorie, with a number of interesting dishes to choose from full of healthy ingredients. I buy on subscription and have one most days for lunch at the office; they have enabled me to lose weight and keep the weight off and are so much better/more filling than a sandwich!

After using another plant based meal delivery service for a while I decided to try Soulful Food......given it is much cheaper than the previous company I wasn't expecting much and thought I may just try it to see what it was like...fully expecting to go back to the other company. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the portions from Soulful Food.....just the right amount for my lunch or dinner. I will sometimes have a flatbread along with it however not always. The food is tasty and I now have my favourites which I will order weekly. If anyone is put off by the low prices, don't be.....you wont be disappointed.

Wonderful flavours

Food was frozen (one pot) when it was meant to be chilled & fresh as stated on their website. When I complained they said they were moving towards freezing the pots, I said then please change your website to reflect that you are selling frozen food: not chilled & fresh. Very misleading website.

Healthy, quick and easy one-bowl meals for for wintry days. A real boost if recovering from illness or injury.

What we had was tasty but more like soup than dinner. Personally I would like a greater variety of taste in differe t mesls and a bit more substantial

The food is delicious. I take them to work and always get comments about how amazing they smell! Delivery is always prompt.

I ordered these meals to have something healthy to eat when i'm low on time and I love them, they taste great. I'll definitely be ordering more. I read some of the other reviews and they don't reflect my experience. Packaging was great, driver super friendly and they use a trackable service so you know when it's coming which is good. Thumbs up from me, great brand.
