I ordered a set of 3 matching rings for myself, my mom & my daughter for Christmas. I waited a long time for the item to be shipped & to receive tracking info. (The Canada Post strike played a part in it being delayed) I just received the parcel today. Opened it up, the box it was in says “Olivia” not “Soulin” which I have read since is a Chinese company. Soulin CLAIM to be U.S based! The bag the jewelry was in had Chinese lettering on it. And most importantly, it DID NOT contain my 3 rings that I paid over $90 CAD for! It was a very cheap looking gold color bracelet with 2 different color stones in it. I have emailed the company demanding a refund but I doubt I’ll get it, after reading other reviews here. Don’t be fooled like I was!! Don’t trust this company, you will lose your money or just receive complete crap!!

I ordered a necklace for my sister who just lost her fiance by suicide and haven't heard a word about my order! I have paid you and expect this necklace...if i don't receive word soon I'm reporting you!

THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! THEY CLAIM TO BE IN THE USA AND ARENT! MOST (like me) NEVER RECEIVE PRODUCTS! PRODUCTS (if received) ARE 💩! PAY $25 FOR JEWELRY AND GET $5 PIECE OF METAL AND PLASTIC THAT TURNS YOUR SKIN BLACK/GREEN! MY FIANCÉ WAS RIPPED OFF WHEN HE TRIED TO PURCHASE DIABETES SUPPORT RINGS FOR US FOR A CHRISTMAS (2024) PRESENT! THEY NEVER SENT IT! THEY ARE IDENTICAL TO OLIVIA HANDICRAFTS COMPANY!! SOB STORY ON BOTH THEIR WEBSITES IN ABOUT SECTION ARE THE SAME WITH THE DATE OF “sad incident” THAT STARTED THEIR COMPANY BEING THE ONLY DIFFERENCE! THEY EVEN HAVE IDENTICAL PHOTOS WITH NAMES CHANGED ON OBJECTS IN PHOTOS FROM EITHER OLIVIA TO SOULIN OR VICE VERSA! THEY HAVE TWO FACEBOOKS THAT I FOUND WHERE ONE SAYS US AND THE OTHER DOESNT BUT THEY ARE BOTH RAN BY THE SAME “person” WITH A NAME WRITTEN IN CHINESE! THEY SELL CANCER, DIABETES AND OTHER ILLNESS SUPPORT JEWELRY TO PULL ON YOUR HEARTSTRINGS AND THEN RIP YOU OFF! DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THEM! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF OF EITHER ALL YOUR MONEY OR TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU LITERAL PLASTIC, ROCKS AND METAL! ALSO, TARGETING PEOPLE WITH DISEASES MAKES THIS MORE FKD UP IF THATS POSSIBLE! I HOPE SOMEONE SUES THEM OR DOES SOMETHING TO PUT A STOP TO THEM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MORE PEOPLE!

I tried to order Mother/Daughter rings and every time I entered my card number it would tell me that it had expired which it doesn't until 2027. I tried multiple cards and got the same thing or got an unable to process at this time. I should have looked at these reviews first. I will not be ordering anything from this company.

I ordered a 2 stone ring with my children's birthstones, the ring I got had one stone and a black stone that you could not even see the color of the stone. I contacted them and they sent a replacement ring, however the replacement was a 4 stone ring, none of the stones being the birthstones of my children like I had ordered. After contacting them to ask for my money back, I got no response. Don't buy anything from them. Clearly they don't care about quality they just want your money.

I ordered my wife an infant loss ring. She loves the ring itself. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, almost immediately I emailed their customer service to see if they could change the order to the right size. They emailed back stating they would. 2 weeks later the ring comes, and the ring sizing was never changed. They have not responded to any emails since the first changed. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a layered necklace and a ring. I only got part of the necklace. I have emailed their "support" three times with no response. I recommend to stay away from this company.

Absolute TERRRIBLE quality, rings are not the size they say they are and I only got a partial order. I ordered the breast cancer pink ribbon ring and the colon cancer blue ribbon ring. The blue one never came - they refunded me for that, but I bought 2 of the pink ribbon one - you can barely tell it's pink, nobody would know, the rings were supposed to be size 6, they fit only on my pinky finger and all of my other rings are a size 6 - when I told them, they said they won't do anything and I can't return them. I now have two pieces of junk. WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT buy anything from here. Quality is TERRIBLE.

I ordered three rings and have emailed them a bunch of times to get tracking info and they keep saying I didn't order from them but PayPal shows it was soulin jewelry and there is another company name mentioned called miracle jewelry mentioned and when you go to their site it takes you to justin inc so if they have three names i don't believe they are legit

I ordered two mother's rings from this company. The pictures looked beautiful and I thought I would try them out. I received my rings and you can't tell which Rhinestone is for which child because they were so light. The rings also had huge slits in the back for sizing which didn't show on website pictures. The customer service is awful. One response was "they look pretty on my finger" no response about return. Another was sent with a computer generated pictures of what my rings should look like and they don't. Then I opened a papal case and the company offered me $10 refund on a $70 purchase. Don't order from them.
