So they tried to set up a virtual meeting, which we refused. Randomsounds did not dispute that they owed us money, they just didn’t want to pay. They wrote this on 21/1 – 2025:

Hello Emily, we have received your email.

We're sorry to hear that you've rejected our virtual meeting. We hope to be able to offer you alternative solutions, our team is looking forward to working with you to resolve this issue without escalation.

The white label account of the company you were working with has been closed due to fraud alerts, we need to complete due diligence to proceed resolving this situation with your company.

After we followed up a bit, we received this reply:

We understand your desire for a swift resolution to this case and want to assure you that we are fully committed to achieving a positive outcome.

As part of an industry standard protocol when fraud is detected, accounts and associated funds are blocked. Unfortunately, this procedure in xxxxx account has also impacted your account.

Since our request for a virtual meeting was declined, we kindly ask for 2–5 business days to present an alternative approach for resolving this matter. Please note that the standard response time for this email address is one business day. While we acknowledge this may cause some inconvenience, we assure you that our team is handling this case with the utmost priority and care.

In the meantime, we respectfully request that you refrain from involving third parties in this matter, as it may complicate the resolution process.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The next email came:

It has now been about 13 months. What happened? They apparently believe they are the rightful owners of our royalties. This is a betrayal against us, who have done nothing wrong. Our artists did not receive royalties because Randomsounds took them.

There is always someone responsible, and since Randomsounds never presents any names in legal or support, one has to assume it is the owner of the company who desperately needed our money.

In any case, this is outright fraud. If you want to work with them, then good luck.

Nuestra experiencia con Random Sounds ha sido excepcional. Estamos realmente satisfechos con todo el equipo y su atención. Siempre están disponibles, con la mejor disposición para solucionar cualquier inconveniente.

Además, no se trata solo del soporte; hemos aprendido mucho trabajando con ellos. Gracias a su guía, hemos descubierto herramientas y adquirido conocimientos que nos han llevado al siguiente nivel como empresa. Sin duda, son un aliado invaluable en la industria musical.

I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with RandomSounds. After months of hard work, they abruptly terminated my contract without any valid reason. I never received the payment I was owed, and despite reaching out to them multiple times, they refused to provide any explanation. It feels like they just wanted to keep the money I earned for themselves. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with RandomSounds to think twice. Very disappointed!

I was scammed by this company for an annual subscription of $99 and all my uploaded versions were rejected without any explanation. I advise not to subscribe to this company because it is a scam.

This website is a complete scam

This website is a complete scam. After I made a payment, they banned my account without any explanation. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they never responded. It's clear they're just out to take your money and run. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this site at all costs.

La atención es cálida y los lanzamientos siempre salen en tiempo, pero aún hay algunos inconvenientes con respecto a la sincronización de letras. También hay problemas con apple music, ya que mi perfil de arista aún no se encuentra en esta plataforma, luego de haber solicitado solución hace meses.
