The consultation part was easy but payment was repeatedly delayed. It took nearly 3 months to get paid but they did add a small bonus to compensate for the lateness.

My experience has generally been positive. The staff supporting the consultation process—particularly regarding interview opportunities and responding to my related questions—have been very responsive.

The payment process has been somewhat slow, which I understand is tied to the project timeline and can be considered unavoidable.

Do Not trust this company for consultations. I was contacted urgently for a consultation in December last year. I requested for an NDA and agreement to be signed before moving ahead. This was signed. Consultation was planned for the 24th of December (this should have been a red flag already), and they couldn’t schedule the call. It eventually took place in January. I asked about payment and was told it will take place in a few weeks. It’s a month and I have not received payment. The consultation on on a global Pharma company. Any research organisation should not use source pivot. They cannot be trusted.

This company compensated me only after nearly 3 months after I provided them a service. I left them a 1 star review initially. I had to follow up numerous times for payment, and it was not a good experience overall.

I can only recommend Sourcepivot. Everything went really smoothly. I will be available for any new requests.

I completed consulting work for Source Pivot, but payment was only received after multiple follow-up attempts. The company initially claimed they were waiting on their client, despite the fact that Source Pivot directly engaged me. I expect businesses to take accountability for their obligations rather than shifting blame.
