Sourcingitaly Avis

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This was my first time importing items from Italy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I discovered Sourcing Italy after ChatGPT recommended it based on their excellent Trustpilot reviews — and I couldn’t agree more.
Cipriano was responsive, professional, and thoughtful from start to finish. The communication was clear, the paperwork was perfectly prepared (no customs issues at all in Canada), and the delivery was fast. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
I’m so grateful for such a smooth and trustworthy process. I highly recommend Sourcing Italy and will definitely use their services again.

SourceingItaly was a total lifesaver! I’m based in the U.S. and had purchased a limited edition book that was only available at a signing event in Milan. I couldn’t travel for the event, and the person who was originally going to pick it up for me had to back out leaving me with the book paid for but no way to get it. I was honestly panicking.

That’s when I found SourceingItaly, and they completely came through. They responded quickly, answered all my (many!) questions, and totally put me at ease. Not only did they pick up the book, but they even got it signed for me and shipped it out the very next day. I received updates throughout the process, and everything arrived safely.

It’s always nerve-wracking to trust a company overseas, especially when you’re not sure if it’s legit but SourceingItaly exceeded all expectations. I’m so grateful I found them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly, highly recommend!

Everything proceeded without any hitch, communcations were reliable, package forwarded promptly, arrived packaged well. Pleasure to do business with. Recommended ++

Bought a mod chip from eBay and was scouting for a parcel forwarding service as the seller only shipped within Italy. I miraculously came across Sourcing Italy. I decided to take my chances based on the reviews here. The item arrived here in the UK this morning. Brilliant service, uses Fedex, and provides tracking number and assurance if there are any changes. This is one of those rare cases you take a gamble and everything goes right. You will not go wrong! Thank you C!

Found SourcingItaly myself online. Was a bit scared because I never used such service before. But the feedback is positive so I tried.
Now I am happily waiting for my parcel to arrive after it was sent by Cipriano yesterday. Communication was clear and fast, no fuss, professional. Many payment options, which is very convenient. I am grateful for your work.

Cipriano is a great guy - super easy to deal with, excellent comms and reliable service!

I used Sourcing Italy to purchase an item listed on an Italian classified site, and Cipriano handled everything on my behalf. The entire process was managed through WhatsApp—he was extremely responsive, professional, and transparent at every step. From buying the item to forwarding the parcel, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Sourcing Italy for anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient service.

I contacted SourcingItaly requsting a guesstimate for shipping. Cipriano responded a couple hours later and I thought the estimate was ok. I placed my order with Castelli bags and my shipment arrived at the SourcingItaly warehouse on a Tuesday. It was in my hands on Friday. The cost was even less than the estimate he provided when I initially contacted him. The interaction was professional, and the responses were quick using only WhatsApp. I will be using SourcingItaly again.

Highly recommend kept me informed can't recommend highly enough (Shane about doubles with my stickers but nothing to do with sourcing Italy) top quality service

Perfect Italy-to-Greece shipping service! Quick WhatsApp communication made everything effortless. My package arrived safely and on time. Definitely using them again for my next Italian purchase!

Cipriano's services are top notch, incredibly short response time 24/7, reasonable pricing, no nonsense, I'm really happy with his services. A real gem. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, went above and beyond and very reasonably priced! Thanks

Cipriano is an absolute legend. I never used a service like this before so wasn't exactly sure what to expect but it was simple.
He answered my texts within minutes and informed me of every update between purchase arriving at his and being sent by him.
The pricing was very cheap, I presumed it would have cost more for shipping on its own from Italy to Ireland but Ciprianos service and shipping was a lot cheaper than I expected.
Definitely happy to recommend Cipriano and if needed I will use him again. Top notch. Cheers

I wanted to purchase something that was only available in Europe, and I'm in NJ, USA. They received my package and forwarded it to me in NJ for a super reasonable fee. They respond to emails quick and communicate well. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic services .

Highly recommend. Ordered from New Zealand shipping service in Italy was fast and helpful with a reasonable price for shopping and shipping service and excellent communication throughout. Thank you! I will definitely recommend and look forward to order again.

Second transaction with this company, very pleased with the service once again.
Very fast reply with whatsapp, very affordable costs (roughly 25€ for a forwarding from Italy to France). I can only recommend.

The best possible experience in every aspect. Fast, friendly, responsible, reliable, and good price.

I can recommend this company to forward packages from Italy to the USA: fast, efficient, great communication and great price.

I made a purchase on ebay Italy and had it shipped to Sourcing Italy which they then forwarded it to me at a reasonable price. The ebay seller would not ship it directly to the USA. (why, I do not understand)

Cipriano also handled a small problem that Fedex had with my package. The ebay seller had put a aerosol spray can in the package that I did not know about. Fedex flagged the air shipment and had to remove the spray can. Everything worked out with only a small delay.

Highly recommended!
