Southampton Cruise Parking Services Avis 

Just used this company for our P &O cruise and we thought the service was excellent. Straightforward drop off of our car and on route to the terminal within 10 minutes. On our return we took our luggage off the ship ourselves and messaged the company to say we were on our way just before we disembarked. We messaged again when we reached their flag collection point and they arrived 2 minutes later. At the depot someone was waiting with our keys and our car was outside the entrance ready to go. All the staff were very pleasant and we would thoroughly recommend this company.

Great service provided by the company. Instruction to car park clear and easy to follow. Within 5 minutes of completing paperwork our transfer to the port was made. On our return the minibus picked us up within 15 minutes of my text. Our car was ready for us to drive away in when we got to car park. Would use again when we go on a cruise from Southampton.

On arrival everything went to plan but problems with the pick up leaving me stranded. Eventually made my return journey to collect my vehicle by taxi.
Other firms have vehicles that have identifiable logo's i.e. Penguin.

Most disappointing was the lack of respect and no apology. Lesson learnt.

Have used these guys before. Get you to your destination there and back as soon as possible and do it well. Drivers friendly.

Excellent service from the team. Although does get super busy on change over days, but handled well. Fast service to and from the ship ports too.

Having made extensive research in to parking for cruise ships at Southampton I picked this company because they appeared to offer the best service at a reasonable cost.
However...
2 days before departure we had still not received information as to where to park or how we would then be transported to the Port. I rang up to be told that because we were a party of 7 we would have to drop passengers and luggage off at the port before the drivers drove the cars to the compound after which the drivers would be driven to the port - similar process on return. Knowing what traffic can be like on cruise departure/arrival dates I was unhappy about leaving most of our party, including small children, unaccompanied at the port whilst I had to drive to the compound and wait for a lift back. Not having been told this arrangement prior to or after booking I asked to cancel the booking. Refund was refused.
I would advice anyone with more than 4 people in the party to look elsewhere.

The form on the website was easy to complete. We have used this company before and found the transfers were quick and the whole experience stress free.

Booked a 30 night park, not as cheap as Portsmouth but that was self park, will review on return.

Found them on Facebook provide an amazing friendly service with clear instructions looked after my car and took us to the port and picked us up from the port when we return with a simple text I would definitely use again

I had a very good experience with Southampton Cruise Parking Services Indoor Car Park. I have used this company three times, and every time I received excellent service. The staff were professional, reliable, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for cruise parking. Thank you

Outward to ship went OK, return was not. Followed their instructions, got message saying driver will be with us shortly. After 30 minutes texted firm to say we are still waiting. 10 minutes later they rang saying sorry our driver has broken down. Can we get a taxi which they will pay for. Having just disembarked from QM2 the queue for taxis was huge but we had no option. On arrival at their premises a guy came out to pay the taxi, no apology, no help with our cases (for two pensioners), no nothing. Also it is not 5 minutes away from the dock, more like 15 minutes at least. Not impressed.

Easy to book, good service, helpful staff

Dropped off car and transfer to port terminal was great.
Sent text message on return and given instructions about our collection.

On return, my car had a flat battery. The staff were very helpful and assisted to get the car started. Thanks very grateful for all the help with the car.

Reception area could do with improvement as looks shabby and we were unsure of where to stand while waiting for transfer at cruise terminal.

Found this to be a good service and that my car was looked after
