How about you refund my money you stole for order SBV23937. These people lie and say they canceled because of fraud but my friends ordered and they did the same thing. They ran out of devices and now they steal money. The limit is one per person. What a joke of a company.. Gonna have to contact my lawyers and credit card company

Order was canceled, no refund or anything. Had to dispute with bank
I placed an order from SBV on Friday 6/23 for $140 and recieved an email order confirmation directly after, order #SBV24053. 3 days later on Monday 6/26, I received an email saying my order "was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has not yet been refunded." I attempted to contact SBV through both the listed email and the support form on the website over half a dozen times and still ZERO response. It is now Monday 7/3, I still have received no product, no refund, or even any communication whatsover from SBV regarding the order or refund. They will take your money and not refund, forced to dispute the charges with my bank now. BUYER BEWARE!

How come my review was replied to in less than 24hrs but I still haven't heard any response about my order, refund, or the half dozen emails Ive sent before posting this? Your reply says you "asked me to never purchase from you again". What??? First of all, I've still recieved ZERO communication from you at all. Prove to me how you sent this supposed message.
And what history of fraudulent activity? I used my debit card with my name... come on and just give me my money back please. Just answer an email, or anything please. Call, email, text, anything I just want my money. Stop trying to save face and just refund me and this will go away.

This customer's order SBV24053 was flagged by our credit card processor as fraudulent. And we were notified that this customer has a history from fraudulent orders. We cancelled / refunded the order and notified the customer of the reason. We asked the customer to please not purchase from us again.

When I saw the price of the device I was purchasing I was a little hesitant as I’ve never purchased from this website before but they were 100% legit. My package came fast, within 4 business days and was shipped within 24 hours of ordering as promised. Sent a couple stickers and a personal letter which I find to be a really nice touch. Will be placing more orders from you guys in the future. Thanks for saving me a ton of money, I needed a win in life right now :)
