Southern Siding Columbia Avis

I recently had new leaf guard drains installed by Southern Siding. The installation was very professionally done and I am very pleased with the results. The installers cleaned up their mess before they left and except for the beautiful new drains you would not know they were here. I would definitely use Southern Siding again.

The windows are very nice looking and they block the heat from the sun. Have lowered my light bill by around $80 a month. Very professional job on the installation and clean up when they were finished.

The only problem we had was with a scheduling problem but other than that we are very pleased with our windows.

Great product and service, will use again when needed. They replaced 2 large windows in dinning room that were not working (they were not theirs), love the new ones.
They also sided our entire home a few years back and added a very large (24ft x 32ft) screened in room.

Great customer service and workers that put up Paio cover.

Satisfactory work with no issues, but four stars because they call you and email you incessantly to give them a good review.

The crew was not focused on my job. One did nothing and one stayed on the phone. The clean up was poor and I assisted in making sure all the debris and nails were picked up. I called the office to tell them I was underwhelmed.

The work was done very nicely but I had noticed after the fact the gutters covered one of my flood lights. Also, the gutters didn’t come with the trays at bottom of each drainage pipes. Now, I have holes in the ground where the drainage pipes are located.

We had a roof installed. It was not done satisfactory. Lots of shoddy work and issues with the singles. But... they came, removed the first roof and installed a second one. The second one was installed correctly and we were pleased with it.

I really enjoyed my windows, they are easy to keep clean, they keep the house cool in the summertime and warm in the winter time. Thank you so much.

Very knowledgeable employees and they want you completely satisfied with the work.

The sales person was very knowledgeable about their products. The windows look great and I am happy that they are easy to clean.

Excellent service by some true professionals. The Windows installed at my home are fabulous.

We found Southern Siding to be very professional in explaining their services, providing our quote, and installing our gutters, porch columns, and shutters.
We regret not calling them earlier for other items that we had done on our home.

prompt, well executed siding application. already seeing a difference in our electric bill and cooling. great company. fantastic employees

We are enjoying our new windows and doors, the only thing we are finding out is cleaning the glass, what to use. Everything seems to make the glass smear and not clear. They look great! the Company has been 100 % supported with checking back with us on our purchase.
Thank Southern Siding of Columbia!
