I've ordered a rental server for a game, to play with my friends.
Because I did not get used to this kind of server operation, I've faced a lot of troubles, most of which were very basic ones.
So I contacted the support on discord. They were quickly responded me, and gave me any support that I needed.
Overall, I was able to setup server without worries thanks to these supports on discord.
One more thing to add, I've download some mods from Steam Workshop to the server but it's quite faster, so I could apply huge mods with not so much waiting.
Another good experience after Valheim server.

New to Server Management
Having never been a server administrator or owner before, and not knowing a thing about Linux, I set up a Valheim server via a different provider.....after a week of stress and issues, I scrapped that and tried Southnode. It has been a quick and easy process, with a stable server and no issues as of day 5 of running. Looks like a good choice so far.

Sorry to hear that Charles! We're aware of an issue with one of our nodes (that unfortunately your service is on) that is causing knock-on effects to our panel. We're seeking to rectify this as we speak, as it's not in our best interests to have a poorly performing node. We've brought this up with the vendor and we're seeking an adequate response as we don't own this particular node, but we appreciate your honest feedback.
Edit: We've now moved Charles along with all clients on this particular poorly behaving node onto a fresh instance, and are now avoiding said vendor's services for that particular node. Smooth sailing!
