We are extremely happy with South Resin Co from start to finish. Fully informed throughout the process. We had a large back garden patio area done and the space has been transformed. The only hicup was a temperature drop at night after resin was laid which resulted in dull patchy areas. South resin Co came and sorted the problem with no issues. Minimal deposit was paid when we accepted the quote. No other money was paid upfront only on completion at each stage. We are delighted with the end result and will be using South Resin Co again. Thanks guys

Great product and customer experience…
Great product and customer experience from start to finish. From my initial contact with the sales team, everything was handled professionally and promptly, giving me complete confidence in the process. There were plenty of helpful touch points from sale through to installation, with every step clearly explained. The installation team were extremely hard working and efficient, completing the job on time as promised, the end result looks great. With a North facing garden that is usually wet and muddy in the winter, having this lovely resin has made the space usable all year round.

I cannot recommend this Company enough
I cannot recommend this Company enough. The whole experience from the initial contact (after seeing a Facebook Ad) to liaising with Sam at the Office and then meeting Dan and Ardy and their outstanding team who actually delivered the completed job. We had a very long driveway transformed from a crumbling tarmac mess, into what I can only describe as s a work of art. We also had a dilapidated patio converted to resin. This was extra challenging as the uneven ground was 'all over the place'. Again, the finished product is truly outstanding. A bespoke design, utilising oak sleepers to correct the undulating levels and all finished in a light grey flecked resin. The patio has transformed a neglected, unused space that will now provide a wonderful place to sit in the shade underneath two giant yew trees. Due to the size of our project, we encountered numerous members of the South Resin Team, but what they all had in common, was a rarely seen work ethic that was truly extraordinary. The attention to detail was wonderful too. The whole project was completed bang on time and the finished result is absolutely superb. Thank you to everyone that contributed.

Very happy with a new driveway.
We booked South Resin after seeing an advert on Facebook, we were slightly dubious at first as we've never booked workmen in that way before. We met with Alan, who provided us with a quote - he was brilliant. Very informative and not at all pushy. We decided to go ahead with a new double driveway, and I'm really glad that we did.
Ardy and the team arrived for the prep day and worked very hard. (They were quite messy unfortunately - our lawn and our neighbour's driveway were both left in a poor state afterwards.) The team in the office were quick to reassure us that the mess would be cleared/rectified, and eventually it was.
Ardy's dad (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name) arrived 10 days later to complete the resin and the transformation is stunning! We couldn't be happier with the finished result. Annoyingly our cat managed to get out and have a wander on the resin before it had fully set, but Ardy and the team went out of their way to return to the property before the resin had finished curing so they could trowel out the footprints. We were incredibly grateful for their help.
I've only marked them down for the untidiness and the slightly aggressive way in which they wanted paying there and then. I paid over the phone the day after each phase was completed (I think this is perfectly reasonable.)
I would also say that we were slightly put off by the unbranded vans - it felt slightly amateur.
Ultimately though, we are incredibly happy with the look of the new driveway and we cannot fault the team for their hard work.

We never want our customers to feel pressured, and we will be reviewing how we communicate the payment terms upon completion of a phase. Regarding the vans, we occasionally use secondary vehicles during busy periods, but we completely understand how that impacts first impressions, we now have started the process of sign writing the vans.

This has got to be the hardest working team I have ever seen. They have done an unbelievable job on a our very awkwardly shaped and very steep garden. I cannot praise the work ethic of these guys more highly and the finished product looks brilliant. They are not happy until the client is happy. Perfect parking space at last
Dan and his company were truly impressive and professional despite the very challenging weather we have had for the past few months.
They arrived on time and worked so hard over 3 days - without a break- I have never had workmen that didn’t stop for long coffee/ tea breaks !!
I have had a lot of jealous neighbours admiring the work and I truly hope to see more South resin drives up and down the road.
I now have such peace of mind with this product - no more flooding, weeding or potholes!
