Being part of Sovrano AI has been a rewarding experience. From the start, the learning curve has been both fast and exciting. It's a great environment for anyone who wants hands-on exposure to AI evaluation and to learn more about LLMs.
Even while working remotely, communication feels close and responsive, and there is a clear sense that the team wants you to do well, and the support has been amazing. It feels structured without being rigid, and ambitious without losing the human side.

Working here, you quickly get a sense that the company actually cares about what happens day to day. The work is mostly remote, and the team closeness comes through anyway. People respond fast when you need something and actually follow up. That kind of support is harder to find than most companies make it sound.

Sovrano AI is a dream-come-true for many naive and native to AI - and I have really enjoyed being part of the Founding Cohort. I was offered a structured and organised project and a unique opportunity to work on real-world AI projects. To contribute to the development and evaluation of frontier AI models and to benchmark them. What stood out to me most is the trust placed in interns from day one and the opportunity to work alongside talented people from diverse professional and academic backgrounds. The work is challenging, intellectually stimulating, and has helped me deepen my understanding of AI evaluation, prompt engineering, quality assurance, and responsible AI. The team is supportive, responsive, and genuinely interested in creating a positive learning environment. For anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in applied AI while contributing to meaningful projects, I would definitely recommend Sovrano AI.
