I accidentally ordered at the same time as my daughter (her present) I contacted So Eood within 30 minutes to cancel, no reply. The order arrived and since November 17th I have been firstly, to get a return address (took a week) . I returned the order and it was tracked, November 26th. I have sent several emails to get a refund- I’m still waiting 24/12/25
Your items may good but customer service is not

I ordered the large personalised cheese board with 2 drawers as a present for family. Having seen some negative reviews I admit to being a bit sceptical but fears were allayed when the board was delivered promptly and in time for me to send on to my family. I was delighted with board, it was exactly as advertised - well-designed, well-packed, well-made and finished…and it looked great! I was very pleased with the service and product and I’m certain my family will be delighted with this addition to their home.

I bought the rectangular board , it's bigger and heavier than I thought it would be but sturdy and well made. Looks fab in the centre of the table and has plenty of room for all kinds of snacks and dips. It's got a good finish on it too, easy to wipe clean and no greasy marks from cheese and cooked meats

I was a bit skeptical at first, as always a bit dubious of products advertised via instagram, but took the plunge and brought two as part of their BOGOF offer! So very pleased with both, really good quality and love the engraving. Can’t wait to give them to family at Christmas. Customer service was prompt and very efficient, especially after my annoying questions around how to place the orders and then questioning the delivery, again they were very helpful. Would definitely recommend
