Stay away. Ordered mid August, it's mid march, nothing, no refund, nada
, well they haven't up t this point
If you look at every most recent review they haven't fulfilled their salesmanship

The first order was fine. If they redeem themselves, cool,. Its been seven months.

It's been over 5 months still waiting for a refund.

Reliable in the fact that you can rely on them being Liars and thieves. Still waiting for an order from August 10th. I would give anything just to get my funds returned. I swear I pray every day that the wicked people responsible that stole everyone's money is burning in the worst pit of hell while their families are eternally damned. This shit is sickening up. Bad bad like be God damn human before someone turns the piles of shit into piles of mulch.

Ordered In August and received nothing. Canadian post strike blamed but has well been resolved and still nothing. No response from live chat or emails. Once a reliable plug, no longer reliable. Disappointed to say the least. R.I.P spacebound.club

Do not use this site you are just giving your money away. I have been lied to for a couple of months now.

Can I just get a refund for my last 2 orders please? been 3 months can't get ahold of anyone. will give 5 stars if I just at least get my money back.

Still no reply from anyone, order still says processing. It’s becoming absolutely ridiculous at this point. You should be able to get in contact with someone. The Canada Post strike is over, so there is no excuse for this. I will not be buying from Spacebound again.

Two weeks has gone by, and not a single person from SpaceBound has gotten back to me. Scammed out of 55$. if someone from SpaceBound gets back to me and explains what is going on, I have no problem taking down my review.

It’s been 3 months and still nothing. I’m never getting what I ordered or a refund. Very disappointing.

I ordered 5 months ago, they said they’d reship it two months ago and stopped replying to my emails. Really really disappointed. Ive been emailing them every single month. They did not keep up their promise.

Used these guys a handful of times no issues high quality products never had any issues thus far. Placed an order like 10 days ago but haven't heard anything since I hope it was properly processed and is coming eventually got the email saying processed but was supposed to be 2 day shipping like a week ago amd still nothing and can't gwt ahold of support at this time I just wanna know if my stuff is coming eventually if I gotta wait because of delays is OK by me just wish for some confirmation that it will be shipped soon (order #25834)

Original - October - The state- Due to the Canada Post Strike, No orders are being processed. However my order was placed 30 days before the rotating strike, and Have not received any response. Will gladly update if there is an update, but for now- Just hold on

Ugh. I never received my order from two months ago and have heard nothing when I have tried to contact this company despite multiple attempts. I know that there was another postal strike in Canada underway but it only takes a few seconds to send an email that would alleviate a lot of anxiety. Plus my order was supposedly shipped 1 month prior to the start of the strike. Radio silence is not good customer service and does not instill confidence in purchasing from this company again.

Spacebound is a scam. They are thieves. They stole $281 from me and no product.

ive sent 3 messages, & i am within canada - their website states 2-5 business days for delivery, but it has been 3 business days and to my knowledge my order has not shipped. i asked if they are using alternate carriers during the strike and have received no response to any of my messages - one asking to add an item to my order, one asking about carriers, and one other i cannot recall. feeling very leery about this site now, only placed my order after reading many positive reviews. hoping that what i ordered will be sent soon. the site states that orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

edit: they did refund my order in full and once canada post resumed shipping on rotating strikes, i placed an order using a different account to get the first-time coupon since i could not use it again. still haven't received it after 2-3 weeks and have contacted them multiple times, it seems this company has trouble keeping up with demand? either way, we will see, i will wait a while longer

edit 12/6/2025: it's been (i think) at least a week since my edit, have contacted them again, radio silence. seeing a slew of negative reviews that they are suddenly not responding to. not getting good feelings about this company, and won't make the mistake of forking money over to them again unless they put some serious effort into making this right

This is the second time I have successfully ordered from Spacebound.club. The products are the highest of quality, customer service is top notch, and was at my door in under two weeks. I have two friends I told about the website whom have also had great experiences!!

Always on point. Good and fast customer service. I'm here every couple months. All good!

I used them before and they came through a few times but the last 4 times I order only 1 time i got my order the other 3 never came and that's frustrating as hell since we're talking about more than a few hundred dollars and I have nothing to show for it but I'm still giving them 4 stars because their customer services is amazing and like I said they have come through a few times

I am a fairly new customer and I do honestly believe they are very true to their word as also people in the past have received their orders prior to the postal situation. Their customer service has not ignored me and have let me know that they will reship my order,and have told me that my order will process soon,which is great 👍. Still have faith in Spacebound!! 4 Stars and I'm sure will soon be 5!

My rating reflects the quality, customer service, and commitment to satisfaction this company has to it's customers! This wasn't my first order and it did take a while to arrive once it shipped, however.... The shipping issues aren't their fault. Period. It's out of their hands when it ships. I was in contact with Steven many times and he took the time to let me know what was going on and set my mind at ease. Didn't listen to the customers here telling falsehoods about being scammed. Nothing is further from the truth, and as long as you treat them as you would like to be treated yourself (the will do everything they CAN to help and get your order to you. There's been many factors out of their control that unfortunately kinda become their problems too and they handled them all like a bad ass.

Most importantly, the quality is absolutely there. I've got decades of sampling everything under the sun and Spacebound brings the best !

Will def be back in the future!

The customer service is next level. The products are out of this world. If you want the best give them a try.
