The idea for space haven looks really good on paper, their website is professional, their brochure is pretty good as well. There are alot of promises advertised for their customer service and support structure splashed everywhere.

Unfortunately promises don't equate for this company to action. I have emailed them 5 times, called them 4 times and left messages with their answering service for callback to get specific technical information and had either no response or a response that provides no new information.

I find it odd also that of those that have put good reviews for this group have no other reviews for any other company. what doubles the oddness is the fact that those that provide a bad review have multiple and are better articulated.
