The response after a ping was quick, but whenever I first created the ticket response was a bit slow and in between when I was waiting for a response of my game-server to be ready. Staff is nice and responsive, just takes patience and time. Overall, great service, but I am still waiting for my services in the writing of this review.
I brought a Discord Bot for my FiveM Community, still don't given access to the bot. I opened a ticket within the discord server and no one has replied.
SpaceNode has been an amazing company to work with and I hope to continue using their services

If their customer/technical service/ support is any indication of the quality of service that they offer then they'll have no problems in gaining and keeping customers. I had a lot of questions which were answered quickly and with as much detail as I required.
You guys are doing a great job-- as soon as I figure things out on my end, you'll be adding me as customer as well.
10/10 Service, always available to help, and super fast service! Not always reliable but thats ok.
The owner Matthew P. is very very kind i really recommend using this hosting, I had issue with the VPS but the Matthew P. helped me out straight away and gave me more GB as i bought due to the problems so i 1000% recommend this Hosting.

It was so easy to start my server. The process of buying the server and putting in files is very easy. The server is also very cheap but still good. There is enough room for the stuff you need in a server. The people that run it are speedy when it comes to needing support. I would suggest this hosting to any of my friends that wanted to start a fivem server.
