I’m getting a notification to say I can’t withdraw unless I deposit with the card I want the funds to go too. When I then want to deposit it says I can’t because I have the maximum amount of real money. please sameone tell me how can i get my withdraw out thank you

Utter rubbish, this has to be the worst site that I've used to date, the withdrawal process is incredibly tedious and difficult. If I could I would rate it 0 stars. To anyone thinking of downloading DONT!

So I won a pretty large amount (£1000) from a free spins bonus i had won £31 and had to wager it a ridiculous amount of time which resulted in a limit being put on my account so I could only log in once a day. Also their online id form does not work at all it needs fixing. Wish you could give 0 stars, struggling to withdraw they verified my address 5 times in 1 year and now want me to verify my address again, I sent an email saying I want to make a complaint and to say send me the policy stating I have to confirm my address so much, they just ignored me and put the funds back in my account, tried to withdraw again and nothings happening. Awful site tried to send an email to get an understanding on the wagering requirements and they would not get back to me wagered over 700 euro on the game and got nothing back said I still needed to wager more you’ll never get anything back from it and then they reply to you when you have no funds left DO NOT USE

Scam site! When you win and try to make a withdrawal they set unachievable ID verification.

Firstly got my free spins, all was well. Then I tried to withdraw my deposited £10, but they said I needed to withdraw more as that was minimum amount. So I added another £10. They then said I need lots and lots of documents to provide to withdraw. So I uploaded them. After that, they said that I need to deposit with the card I want to withdraw to as they will not withdraw to applepay, so there’s another £10 as I finally thought it was over post this. After all of that, they said I had not met the wagering requirements to withdraw. They said I have to contact customer services. At this point it is a legal matter unless I get my withdrawal. Terrible.

They ask for absolutely ABSURD amounts of pointless verification upon attempting withdrawal simply just to make it as hard as possible to take any of your winnings. Almost impossible to get in touch with anybody too, this site is barely operating legally. Stay away from this horrible site!!
