The Spada gloves
The Spada gloves that I purchased were good quality and warm. The only bad point was the lack of grip on the gloves fingers causing your fingers to slip when feathering the clutch or brake lever.

Fantastic Customer service
Great communication from the start. During the obvious chaos of Black Friday week my jacket order went astray. Cameron in Customer service was straight on it and kept me updated every day. Just a few days later it arrived. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the garment and I 100% recommend this company.

I ordered an item on line
I ordered an item on line. The item was too small so returned it. I then received a phone call from them to say I had raised a charge back. I dont even know what that is. I told them I hadn't and provided proof of posting. This was the 30th July. Still no refund 20th Sept and no communication back. The item is over £150. Really not happy. No money and no jacket. I wouldn't shop on linecwith them again.

Good morning Catherine. I am sorry to hear this. A chargeback is when you open a case through your bank. We are unable to process a refund until the case is closed as you may then receive duplicate funds. I have looked today and can see this has now been closed. A refund will be processed today and you will receive the funds back into your bank account between 5-10 working days. Again, apologies for the inconvenience.

Shocking customer service
Had to send the jacket back to exchange for a larger size the customer service is shocking they won’t discuss the order you have to email them then you still don’t get a reply. I’ve sent the jacket back they received it and I still don’t know what’s happening a week later 😔

Blade Hoodie

The blade hoodie is high quality with protection in all the right places yet is also quite casual and no one would suspect you had just got off a bike. I will be watching this company with a view to buying other goods in the future. Service at its best
