Placed order on line
Placed order on line. You phoned me the next morning to advise that you were out of stock but that a shipment was due in June. You gave me the option of getting a refund or waiting for the delivery. You kept me informed and I agreed to wait as the product was exactly what I was looking for. Then on the evening of 28/05/25 you personally delivered the order to my home. Service above and beyond what you would normally expect. Great company to deal with.

Bulk downlights at a great price
I ordered 40 downlights. The price was great, the lights all worked - zero failures and they're the same or better quality as what you get elsewhere. All arrive nice and quick and well packaged. Recommended.

Wasting time on ordering things that are (NOT) in stock is frustrating.....Thanks! In fairness- their refund procedure was swift & helpful!
