Customer support is another huge disappointment. They either don’t respond at all or reply with copy-paste answers that don’t solve anything. It feels like they just don’t care about their customers.

i was request again and again to transfer my domain but they are not attempt any actions. very bad person and customer support.

Dont Buy any Domain and Hosting

SparrowHost has very poor support. Their response speed is much slower compared to other providers. In shared hosting, they do not provide support for Node.js applications, nor do they offer SSH or terminal access. Almost everything comes with limitations. As a customer, this feels very restrictive. Overall, their service is not good and I would not recommend them. Be cautious.

I can't get the domain transfer code for 19 days and also I can't update the Nameserver addresses. If you buy a domain name from this company you can't own it.

My domain is expired 15 days ago and i asked to renew the domain they said i have to pay extra charges Rs.8000 + GST and renewal charges & 767 + GST i think they are doing fraud like this.. i will suggest don't purchase any services from sparrowhost.

If you're looking for a domain reseller, avoid SparrowHost at all costs. The platform is incredibly unreliable and has caused me numerous headaches. I strongly advise against using SparrowHost if you're looking for a domain reseller platform. Despite having over 14 domains with them, there is no option to change the name servers. This lack of basic functionality is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Tried registering a domain ~11 months ago only for it not to be registered; a refund was issued.

~2 weeks ago I received a renewal reminder for this non existent service, whereon I raised a ticket to complain. This was closed without response.

This morning I received an overdue invoice reminder and after raising a new ticket found that I could no longer log into my account.

Zero customer service, avoid, avoid, avoid.

Both the hosting service and customer care are very bad. I have sent a support request but no one responded yet! Maybe 3 or 4 working days, but nothing happened!

I registered 3 .com domains 3 days back. They are not credited to my account. If called to phone number no one is responding to the call.
As I checked yesterday one domain is registered by another person. and the other 2 domains are available on the market.

I'm not getting any response to the ticket either.
It's the worst registrar.

They failed to credit domains to my account. I lost a valuable domain that falls under AI category.
The registrar is fake and cheating to the customer. He is registering premium domains for himself instead of customers.
Be careful think before registering the domain with this registrar. Try other available registrars.

I submitted all the proofs of the above claim.

Whoever new avoid using this registrar. Its fake fake!
