From placing the order everything went smoothly.
My only slight concern was over the delivery. It was just left at front when there was an open porch to place it out of sight. The driver didn't ring the bell either.

Shame about the delivery service
The company and product was fine it was the delivery service they used DPD which had very restrictive days to deliver on. Not great for anyone working full time. No options to change delivery to the weekend and not able to select leave with a neighbour. It was enough for me to get frustrated and nearly cancel my order. I had to get someone to be around at my house to take the delivery which was very inconvienient.

Very pleased with my purchase and overall experience. The website was easy to navigate, the ordering process was smooth, and the price was very competitive. Delivery was swift and efficient, with the item arriving well packaged and without any damage. I particularly appreciated that the delivery driver ensured the parcel was handed directly to me. The email updates throughout the process were helpful and kept me well informed, although I personally would have preferred to receive slightly fewer notifications. Overall, an excellent service and I would happily purchase from this retailer again.
