Two days after your purchase, we emailed apologizing for a short shipping delay that would be 1-2 business days extra. In this email we also offered a 25% discount for future purchases for the inconvenience. SpeakSpace does have phone support during business hours. Outside of business hours we prioritize phone calls that left a voicemail for support request, which was absent in in this case.

We hope to reconcile this issue in the future. At SpeakSpace we pride ourselves with our communication and providing quality products via our website and trusted marketplaces.

Absolutely the best customer service I…

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced, on top of being a fabulous conference line company. We have never had any issues with connectivity, losing lines, etc. Hands down the best company ever. Thank you.

It was just ok.

Overall the experience was good. The areas of opportunity for improvement are as follows:

-When we are paying extra money for a specialized operator it would be great if that operator had English as their native language. The accent of the operator was challenging for us as leaders to hear and for the participants.

-The scheduling was mixed up by no fault of our own. Luckily, Becky Behan came to the rescue and she and I were able to quickly implement intervention to prevent a disaster. We paid entirely too much money for it to have been that screwed up. We as customers did everything we were asked to submit changes and preferences long before the event and the changes and preferences still were not correct until Becky and I intervened.

The transcription document was fantastic and we were quite impressed. There were a few typos but overall it was great.

As you know, we worked diligently to pinpoint exactly what went wrong during your operator-assisted call. Our quality team discovered that the operator did make a mistake in placing some attendees into a sub-conference, which from what we understand, was only requested right before the call started that morning, so there was some confusion, which could have caused a delay. With regard to hold times, the operators actually answered most participants' lines in under one minute; three were over a minute and one at two minutes, 12 seconds for the longest hold. We're in the midst of a national crisis, and have not had any outage or line capacity issues. Our OA calls have more than tripled, and the operators are working extra shifts to take care of customers and multiple last minute requests .
As we've suggested in the past, it's best practice to use our online portal or e-mail template to make a reservation, as this alleviates confusion prior to calls, and all requests are documented. I would say 99% of your calls run very well. We provide a complimentary specialized operator for all of your calls (normally extra fee). We're flagging all future calls to provide extra special attention, especially at this time. We've apologized more than once and we've offered to credit the call.
We're disappointed in your three star rating, but we understand that it was a stressful experience for you and your attendees. Hopefully, you'll give us another chance.
