Pallet really not wrapped every well lots of clay bags damaged have telephone company to complain. Not happy
I telephone the company and spoke with Maria who was wonderful at understanding and sorting this problem out for me . She has emailed this morning to say replacements will be on there way. Very good customer service. Thank you.

Fast turn around time
Fast turn around time, well packaged, simple ordering process, fantastic product range. However the website does not make it very clear that free delivery for orders over £40 is the order cost ex. VAT not including VAT. However Specialist Crafts offers such a wide range of well priced and good quality products this minor issue will not stop me using them again for art supplies.

Quick and efficient service. The webpage is user friendly and easy to place orders with a purchase order. I had a problem recently requesting copy invoices which has now been rectified, thank you Astra.

Purchased Jelotong wood for carving as it is supposed to carve as easily as Basswood whereas in reality it’s like trying to carve a brick and seems to harden the more it is worked. Won’t buy again.

Jelutong wood is a hardwood (due to having a fine texture and low density) and should be suitable for carving by hand or machine. We will come back to you with more information shortly.
Definitely recommend
When I got an order wrong they immediately corrected it.
Can not fault the quick helpful and friendly response.
Would use them again and definitely recommend!

Excellent experience
I had an excellent experience with Specialist Craft. The delivery was extremely quick, and communication throughout the process was clear and kept me fully informed. I particularly appreciated that my items were dispatched separately to avoid any delays to the overall order, this level of consideration really stood out. I would highly recommend Specialist Craft, we have been ordering from them for years and we will definitely be using them again.
