I didn’t get the coffee I ordered due to a shipper issue
Customer service was slow to respond to emails (2 weeks)- Perhaps due to a technical issue?
I kept getting review requests in my email so I thought, I’ll give it a try.
However, Andre reached out to me and remediated the issue right away once review was received. Sent me an extra bag of a coffee I ordered but,
unfortunately, the Demello’s Butterfly kiss I primarily wanted/ordered was sold out by this point.
Sometimes things come up. I appreciate the step forward made. Looking forward to trying my order!

After reviewing Order #1945, we confirmed that your package was shipped on time but was unfortunately lost by the carrier before delivery. We were also surprised by your review, as we have no record of receiving an email, phone call, or voicemail from you. Had we known, we would have resolved this immediately.
Please contact us at info@specialitycoffee.ca. We will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement order with a complimentary bag of coffee, whichever you prefer.
