As with other customers. I placed an order for seedlings in March, for delivery in April. These never arrived, so I contacted the website to query. 'Will' replied saying that all preorders had been mailed 'last Monday' via DPD 48hrs and essentially blaming them for not delivering. I was offered website credit (approx. £10 more than my purchase price) to use next year, or a full refund. I requested the refund 28th May, was told a couple of days later that it would take 5-7 days. 19 days later there's no sign of it. Dispute submitted to PayPal, who have issued a refund.

This is either a scam, or a very poorly run business. The website remains active at the time of writing, still offering preorder for delivery in April!!

Echo all of the other reviews, this is a scam. Ordered tomato plants 1st March, chased early May when Will assured me they would be despatched as soon as ready. Chased again 3rd June, offered a refund and this has not arrived. Disgusting

Exactly same experience as the two reviewers above. Will contact credit card company to see if they can help recover my money.

I ordered tomato and chilli plants in March but did not receive these. Despite sending many emails through April and May (no other means of contact), replies were always answered by ‘Will’ who said my plants would be delivered on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Then in May I was told all orders had been completed but I received nothing. I was offered a refund which I accepted but it did not arrive - I questioned this and was told to wait 5 to 7 days for it to appear in my bank. 10 days later I am still waiting and now no answers to my mails. A scam I think??!.

In March I ordered 3 tomatoe plants, to be delivered when ready, they informed me that all deliveries had been posted. I didnt receive them, and now after several e mails they won't answer me or refund my money,
