Horrific they said they would refund me…
Horrific they said they would refund me for a lost test date and still have yet to process payment. I contacted them on WhatsApp but they keep ignoring me. Watchout! Your taking a big risk with the new laws if your test is cancelled they will ignore you and you’ll loose your money! I been in contact for months and they’re escaping me.

We’re sorry you feel this way, however we do need to clarify the situation.
The driving test we secured for you was successfully booked and confirmed. Unfortunately, you later chose to cancel the test directly yourself. As outlined in our terms and conditions, when a customer cancels a confirmed driving test, the only refundable amount is the £62 DVSA test fee, which we are still more than happy to refund to you.
A full refund is not applicable once a test has been successfully secured and then cancelled by the customer.
Had you contacted us before cancelling the booking, we would have happily tried to swap or rearrange the test for you. However, due to the recent DVSA rule changes, driving test dates have become significantly harder to secure, which is why cancelling a confirmed booking is generally not recommended.
We have not ignored you intentionally, and we are still happy to assist with the DVSA refund owed. Please contact us directly with your payment details so we can get this processed for you.

Have been through the nightmare of…
Have been through the nightmare of getting up before 6am on a Monday to try to get my son a test only to find myself 14,000+ in the queue. Totally infuriating. Have signed up to 3 different BOT sites to change the test that a driving instructor managed to find us which was 6 months away but after 2 months started getting desperate and then heard about this option. Yes it’s a bit pricey but had our test brought forward by 2 months within a week of signing up and that’s for one of the hardest test sites in the country to get a test (Basingstoke) so we’re delighted. Great communication (at 11pm following notification of a date/time we wanted). All the info you need so very easy to follow through. It’s a no brainer if you don’t want to have to carry on with expensive driving lessons and insuring a car that can’t be driven unless mum or dad is with them. Highly recommended.

Issues with the £300 express option
I booked via the £300 express booking. Upon booking it, customer service was on point upon any questions I asked, but once paid, I heard nothing for a month and a bit. I had to chase them up for a few days to then find out a manager had ‘forgotten to add me to the system’ and they were looking, but due to the delay, I ended up asking them to just book a test that was put in their WhatsApp chat, which can be done for much cheaper. They did get this booked quickly after some more chasing, but still is disappointing that I bought the £300 option to have to use the cheaper option just to get one sorted in the end. Test was booked and was done in the end, but is disappointing that a lot of failures led to me having to chase up for the express option

"I am extremely frustrated with this company. "I paid £250 to this company on 26/01/2026 specifically for a practical test booking. It has now been 2 months and they have not booked anything or provided any updates. They are happy to take your money but completely disappear when it comes to delivering the service. Save your money. Every time I call, I get a different excuse, or worse, I’m ignored entirely. It feels like they are just holding onto my money without actually looking for a slot. This has delayed my license by months. I have requested a refund and am still waiting for a response. Highly unprofessional.
