Saying they are open to try a new niche with us. Spend hours setting an agreement. Eventually after shipping a lot of items from us, everything arrived damaged. When we try to solve this with them, saying it is our responsibility while they didn't pack correct. Even though we paid extra for better packaging.

Been working with SpeedFulfill for around 7 months now and also visited them in China. Genuinely some of the most warm and hardworking people I’ve met. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Just make sure you’re kind back, because they really deserve it.
Their warehouse was super organized and clean, and you can tell their system is thought out down to the smallest details. I know quite a few people who work with SpeedFulfill, from small brands to companies doing thousands of orders a day, and I’ve honestly never heard a bad thing about them.
Big thanks to Bruce, Mark, Tina, Cecilia, Vinnie, Joe, Juliet, Juts and the entire SpeedFulfill team.

Would definitely NOT recommend. Never experienced a supplier with these lack of responsibility. They can't handle growing businesses at all. In the beginning they say they can do everything and while weeks pass they don't take responsibility for anything agreed on.

Great fulfillment company to work with!
Working with Speedfulfill has been a great experience! They are responsive, attentive, and have been able to accommodate to all my requests/needs. If I ever have an issue, they are quick to provide a solution. The entire process from fulfillment to after sales service is efficiently handled and taken care of with the right systems in place.

Terrible experience! Avoid this company!
I had high hopes for this fulfillment company, but they've proven to be completely untrustworthy.
After encountering an issue with one of my orders, I requested a refund, only to find out they suddenly changed their refund policy without even informing their customers or putting a reference link where they can see the refund policy. This conveniently happened after I reached out for assistance, making it impossible to get my money back.
The lack of transparency and customer support is appalling. It feels like they make up rules as they go to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. If you're looking for a reliable partner for your business, look elsewhere. These people will leave you frustrated and out of pocket!

Excellent for brands looking for DTC fulfillment in China.
Amazing service! The staff works closely with you to create the ideal supply chain for your business. I’ve partnered with several other fulfillment services before, but none compare to Speedfulfill. The issue with others is that they tend to focus solely on a dropshipping mindset, which isn’t the right approach for certain brands, like ours.
We operate with a hybrid supply chain, utilizing warehouses in both Europe and China. Everything needs to be set up seamlessly in the backend, and Speedfulfill has been crucial in supporting and making this happen.
Our brand prioritizes quality, and setting up the right supply chain took time. Speedfulfill was helpful in achieving that, and they exceeded all of our expectations.

If you are just starting out on your journey, there are no costs involved and also no minimum orders, which is really rare to see, because almost all other agents have minimum orders per day, otherwise they won't work with you. Dashboard is amazing and really easy to navigate. If you need any help the team is quick to answer and i would also like to note that the sourcing time is also great, at 0-48 hours max. I recommend everyone who's just starting to try it out and see for yourself.

The go-to fulfillservice for me. The communication and workflow is very good. There are usually multiple choices for product quality and sometimes even for delivery time. I still feel like the deliveries can take a bit too long, even with pre-purchased stock, but you won’t find much faster delivery times elsewhere.
I can recommend speedfulfill both for newcomers and veterans. We’ve fought through thick and thin for a good while.
