Great machine and support
Great machine, has revolutionised my home strength training and after a month I'm already seeing results. Support has been great too, have had two issues and they have both been resolved within days.

A revolutionary machine. I love the convenience of having a personal gym within a single room of my house. The money you would need to spend for the gym equipment that this machine provides all-in-one makes it a worthwhile investment.

I’ve had the machine for about 5 weeks
I’ve had the machine for about 5 weeks. I’m sorry to hear that another user had issues from the start. To date, we (2 users) have had no issues. It works as promoted. The UI is great. Sound system fantastic. Only time will tell, if there is an incremental software support.
We’ve got a home gym setup and have used Nordic track machines also, so this seems to be a good quality machine.
Delivery was easy. Hopefully I don’t have challenges with the machine not functioning as advertised

Great when working properly
The system itself is great when it works.
Really love the training programs and the coaches. Very motivating.
But the machine started having issues weeks after purchase and almost 6months later, no resolutions. Days, if not weeks between responses which is frustrating for such an expensive product.
Seems like they are just dragging me along until they can say its out of warranty.
5months in and they just keep sending me parts to try repair on my own. I think i have more parts here than their service department (if there is one).
The gym itself is great in theory, just don't expect much support post purchase.
I actually held off writing this review because i was worried they would stop assisting me, but what have i got to lose now?

Delays in support and repeated part shipments shouldn’t have left you feeling unsupported, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. That’s not the standard we hold ourselves to.

Bait and switch
Started talking to chat about the differences between the GM1 and the GM2 and then, very conveniently, in the middle of the chat, they ask me to refresh my cart because the GM1 is out of stock and they are trying to push me to the GM2.
Very shady business.
The GM2 didn't even have a proper product page setup.

To clarify, the Gym Monster 1 was an older model that had recently gone out of stock when you contacted us. You happened to reach out right as we were releasing the new Gym Monster 2, and we aimed to be transparent by letting you know that the updated model was now available.
We absolutely understand that the timing may have come across the wrong way, but there was no intention to mislead—we were simply being upfront about what was in stock. We do appreciate your honesty, and we’re sorry if our own honesty came off the wrong way.
