Absolutely horrendous service
Absolutely horrendous service, drive was late, as was charged an extra £100 for another route, and nobody picks up the phone in customer service.

Hi Xaxier, the extra charge was for additional mileage on the day. We can also see there was an issue with our internet phones that day, which is likely why you couldn't get through — that's on us and we got the issue fixed the following day. The time from booking to pick up took…
The time from booking to pick up took 2.5hrs when I said it was urgent. I asked for bike as its going into London and was needed by staff I had on site So every thing i asked for when calling has been ignored just so you could take my money.
it would have been so late getting up there I CANCELELD the job.

Urgent Delivery Handled Perfectly
I contacted Speedy Sameday Couriers for an urgent delivery, and from the very first interaction they completely transformed what was a stressful situation into a smooth, reassuring experience. They were incredibly efficient, calm, and nothing was too much trouble. Every promise they made — including the delivery time — was kept exactly as stated.
A special mention goes to Khia, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Professional, friendly, and genuinely supportive throughout. It made all the difference.

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. Stuart went above and beyond replying out of hours on the night of the delivery and sent proof of delivery over the bank holiday, Most services ignore you. I 100% recommend them and will certainly be using them again.

Great service, great value
This was my first time use of a London motor cycle courier and Speedy provided an excellent service - pick up within the hour in south London and delivery to north London within the 2nd hour. Their price was 1/2 that of the other courier service I spoke to. The website ordering process was v easy to navigate.
